1 Instructions for downloading paid media from BSO.org and playing paid media in the BSO Media Center Revised as of 12/23/2011 DOWNLOADING MEDIA 1. Purchase Media Once you have completed your purchase, you will get an order confirmation on your computer screen, NOT YOUR . On the order confirmation screen are instructions for accessing your digit media. 2. Order History Click on the VIEW ORDER HISTORY button on your order confirmation page that appears immediately after you place an order to access your order history. If you are NOT already on the BSO website, please visit: If you are on the BSO website but do not have access to your Order Confirmation page or if you are visiting the site after you have made your purchase, click on MY ACCOUNT in the upper right- hand corner of the screen. If you are not logged in, please log in. Once you are logged in, you will be on your account page. Click on the PURCHASES tab.

2 If the digital media is the last item you purchased, it will be in the first order listed on your purchases tab. If it is not, click on order number for the order in which the media was purchased, and the order will open displaying the paid media. 3. Download Media To download media, use your mouse and right click on the Download link. If you are using a Mac and there is not a right click option, point to the Download link, press down on the CONTROL key on your keyboard and click on the link. In Firefox after you right- click on the Download link, it will look like this, and you will need to click on Save Link As

3 In Chrome after you right- click on the Download link, it will look like this, and you will need to click on Save Link As In Safari after you right- click on the Download link, it will look like this, and you will need to click on Download Linked Files As

4 In Internet Explorer after you right- click on the Download link, it will look like this, and you will need to click on Save Target as Once you have selected, the appropriate save option for your browser, select a location where you would like to download the media file to. 4. Play Your Media Once your media is downloaded to your computer; please go to the folder in which you saved the file. In the folder, double- click your mouse on the file. This should open your media in the default media player for your computer. On a PC, this will most likely be Windows Media Player or itunes. On a Mac, this will most likely be itunes.

5 PLAYING MEDIA IN THE BSO MEDIA CENTER 1. Purchase Media Once you have completed your purchase, you will get an order confirmation. On the order confirmation screen are instructions for accessing your digit media. 2. Order History Click on the VIEW ORDER HISTORY button on your order confirmation page to access your order history. Alternatively, if you are visiting the site after you have made your purchase, click on MY ACCOUNT in the upper right- hand corner of the screen. If you are not logged in, please log in. 6 paid media. 3. Play Media Click on the play button to open the media in the BSO Media Center. In the BSO Media Center, click on MY MEDIA. This will display all media you have purchased. Click on the media item to open it up to display available tracks. Click on the track to then play the track.
