Web Access includes "Portal","WRM" and "QuickLink". 3. A: For Linux, only Ubuntu is tested. B: Ubuntu 11.0 browser case supports L3VP + FireFox+ Java + outside proxy + client certificate authentication. C: Ubuntu 11.0 standalone case does not support outside proxy + client authentication. 4. On Mac and Linux, Array Client does not support L4 VP resources. 5. For HI of Client Security, if Antivirus is Kaspersky, must be run with the administrator privilege. 6. Cache Cleaner only supports FireFox up to Java 7 is not supported with on Mac. Page 1 of Part I

3 8. For Mac 10.9, "unsafe mode" must be set to run L3VP. 9. Mac browser case supports L3VP + Safari + Java + outside proxy + client certificate authentication. 10. Mac standalone case does not support outside proxy. 11. Windows browser case (active and Java) and standalone case support outside proxy + client certificate authentication. 12. 4 1. On 64-bit Windows 7/Windows 8 s, the browser frame process (both modern UI and Desktop) runs 64-bit. However, for compatibility with plug-ins, 10 on the desktop runs 32-bit tabs by default. If the user enables Enhanced Protected Mode in Internet Options, they will have 64-bit tabs by default for 10 on the desktop. 2. The File Import function does not work with 6 to 9 and to 14.x. Unlisted browsers are not supported (for example, Safari, Android/i built-in browser) and Firefox 32 are recommended for the AG WebUI, DD Pilot and MotionPro Pilot. 5. DD Pilot supports the 16.0 and later browsers. The AG WebUI supports the 16.0 and later browsers only by clicking the Go to DD Pilot action link in the home page of the AG WebUI to switch to DD Pilot.
