1 Xerox Printer Install for MAC 1. Launch Xerox Driver Package for Installation by double clicking on the icon. 2. Click Continue on the first Window (Red Arrow)

2 3. Click Continue on the Welcome to the Xerox Printer Installer window. ( Red Arrow) 4. Click Continue again on the Software License Agreement window. ( Red Arrow)

3 5. Click Install on the Standard Install window. ( Red Arrow)

4 6. Type in the Password for the MAC in the password box (Red Arrow) and press Install Software (Green Arrow). 7. Once the software is loaded, click on the third icon in the Select a Printer Window

5 8. Type in the IP Address of the printer in the IP Address or DNS Name box (Red Arrow) and the printer information will come in the box below (Green Arrow). An example is shown below. (please use the appendix at the end of this document to find a printer s IP address)

6 9. In the Setup window uncheck Print Test Page (Red Arrow) 10. Click Close on the Installation Successful Window.

7 11. To set the Accounting ID, One Sided printing and Black and White printing, open Safari and click on Print (under file). 12. Once the Print Window opens up, click on the SAFARI drop down box (Red Arrow) and select Xerox Features. If you are using another browser it will come as the name of that browser. If you see a small window instead of the window shown below, click on the show Details button to get to this window.

8 13. Click on the 2 Sided Printing box (Red Arrow) and select 1 sided printing and then click on Paper/Output Box (Green Arrow) and select Color Options.

9 14. Select Black and white (Red Arrow) in color options and then click on the Color Options Box (Green Arrow) and select Advanced.

10 15. Click on the Accounting Button (Red Arrow). 16. In the new Accounting Window, Click on the Accounting System Box (Red Arrow) and select Xerox Standard Accounting or Auditron.

11 17. Type in the Client Accounting Code in the Default User ID Box (Red Arrow) and click OK

12 18. At the top of the window click on Presets (Red Arrow). 19. Click on Save Current Settings as Preset (Blue Highlighted Line) and name it Accounting ID with B&W, 1 Sided. 20. Install completed.
