2 (2) Positioning control function (a) Incorporates various functions required for a positioning control system such as positioning control to an arbitrary position and equal-speed control. (b) Provides complete OPR control (6-patterns of OPR methods) (c) Enables the connection with a stepping motor by fine and smooth acceleration/deceleration (speed change). (d) Switches the logic of I/O signals according to the specification of the external device, using the parameters of the PLC CPU. (3) High-speed start processing High-speed processing for starting position control is achieved. GX Configurator-PT Version 1 (SW1D5C-QPTU-E) (1) Initial setting You can set up the parameters, OPR data and positioning data on the screen. 3 (2) Auto refresh setting The auto refresh setting allows the modules to load their data such as the current feed value of the modules into the PLC CPU automatically, reducing the load on sequence programs. Auto Refresh Setting Screen Set up the device on the PLC CPU side to be autorefreshed. (The available devices include X, Y, M, B, T, C, ST, D, R, W and ZR.) (3) Monitor/Test function The Monitor/Test function monitors the data status of the modules, and performs an error reset of the error-causing axis at axis error occurrence. This function is useful for system adjustment and troubleshooting, since it allows you to grasp the operating status without being conscious of the buffer memory address of the modules. Monitor/Test Screen (for 1-axis Monitor/Test) Monitors the data and operating status of the modules. (OPR method : 6-patterns) Near-point dog method, stopper1, stopper2. stopper3, count1, count2 Returns a target to the OP address (Current feed value) stored in the QD70 using machine OPR control. Moves a target in a linear path according to the address or movement amount set in the positioning data. First, carries out speed control, and then carries out position control (positioning control with designated movement amount) by turning the "speed-position switching signal" ON.
