MPR: FP is not a secure protocol! ll login information (username, password) and data (files, directory listings, etc.) are sent in plaintext. s a result, any computer that is on the network between the client and the server (host) can potentially read your data. Microsoft s website provides extensive documentation on the security implications regarding FP. Please be aware of them and take the time to review them at Microsoft s website. n overview of server administration is available at ndard/proddocs/en-us/efault.asp?url= /resources/documentation/windowsserv/2003/standard/proddocs/en-us/sa_ serveradmin.asp. n setting up the FP server, there are two requirements that must be met. he first is that the directory containing the website files must be accessible via FP. he second is that there must be an FP user that has read and write access to the previously mentioned directory. he ultimate goal is that the FP server needs to be configured such that a user can log on through.timekeeper setup and upload files to the desired directory on the Web erver. hapter 13: nstalling and onfiguring.timekeeper imekeeper Manual
