1 Page 1 - Wendy s Manager View Functions Manager View Thank you for choosing Ignitor Labs for your training needs. To unleash the potential of your technicians we have created a tool, called the Manager View, to assist in managing their training. We have created this document to help you use the Manager View on our website. The features of the Manager View are listed below. Use this list of clickable links to navigate through this document. 2 Page 2 - Wendy s Manager View Functions Navigating to the Manager View To take advantage of the management tools, you will need to log into your profile. Upon logging into your profile you will be taken to My Learning Center. If your account has managerial privileges, you will see a tab that links to the Manager View underneath your calendar. If you do not have managerial privileges you can request to be set up as a manager for your group by contacting Ignitor Labs (support@ignitorlabs.com). By clicking on the Go to Manager View button in My Learning Center you will be taken to the Manager View. On the left side of the Manager View page you will see a list of available managerial options. You can navigate around this help document by using the following navigation menu or the links on the Introduction Page. 3 Page 3 - Wendy s Manager View Functions View/Download Report To navigate to the View/Download Report screen click on the link located in the navigation of the Manger View. The following outlines the properties of the View/Download Report screen. Welcome, View/Download Report Remove Ignitor Labs Change Group Change Profile A Menu My Learning Center log out View/Download Registration Profile B C >>Download Company Registration Report >>Download Enrollment Report * Choose a group Enrollment Renewal Purchase Report My Learning Center D Tech ID Primary Phone Smith, John Riley, Dan Turner, Paige Simmons, Gene E F Showing 1 to 5 of 5 View/Download Report Screen Properties: A. Navigation Link: This is the link you will select to navigate to the View/Download Report screen. B. Company Registration Report: This report displays the profile information for all users registered under selected group(s). To download the report, click on this link. After clicking on the link, a window will appear giving you the option to choose which group(s) you would like to run the report on. Once you have selected the necessary group(s), click Download and an Excel file will be downloaded to your computer/mobile device. C. Enrollment Report: This report displays the course transcripts for all users registered under selected group(s). To download the report click on this link. After clicking on the link, a window will appear giving you the option to choose which group(s) you would like to run the report on. Once you have selected the necessary group(s), click Download and an Excel file will be downloaded to your computer/mobile device. D. Technician Details: Near the bottom of this screen you can view details about each technician: Tech ID Number,,,, Primary Phone Number, and Progress. E. : This button allows you to view the current course progress for the selected technician. It will list all his/her courses and the current progress of those courses. It will also allow you to download this specific technician s progress as an Excel document. F. : You have the ability to request that a technician be given managerial privileges by clicking this button (Note: Requests to upgrade a technician may take up to one full business day to be completed).

4 Page 5 - Wendy s Manager View Functions Remove Ignitor Labs Below are the steps on how to remove a user from a group. Click the Remove link in the navigation menu located on the left side of the screen. To remove a user from a group, first choose the group which contains the user you wish to remove. Remove from Group * Choose a group first Select the user from the table and click the Remove button. Click Remove once more to remove the user permanently from your group. Welcome, Menu Are you sure? View/Download Report Add Remove Reset Password My Lea x This action will remove user (smcfly@ignitorlabs.com) from Group: View/Download Registration Profile >>Download Company Registration Report Cancel * Choose a group Remove Enrollment *Special Note: If the user being 10 removed Show has a membership purchased by a company manager, the membership will be given back to the manager so it can be assigned to another technician Employee Membership). 5 Page 6 - Wendy s Manager View Functions Change Group Below are the steps on how move a user to a different group. Click the Change Group link in the navigation menu located on the left side of the screen. To move a user to a different group, first choose the group which contains the user you wish to move. Change Group * Choose a group first Select the user from the table and click the Edit button. From this window, you can update which group(s) the user can belong to. To assign a group to this user, click on the group in the list on the left. To remove a group from this user, click on the group in the list on the right. 6 Page 7 - Wendy s Manager View Functions Change Profile Below are the steps on how to change a user s profile information. Click the Change Profile link located in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen. Choose the group which contains the user whose information you wish to change. Change Profile * Search user by group Select the user from the table and click the Edit Profile button. Smith, John Riley, Dan Showing 1 to 3 of 3 Edit Profile A window will appear allowing you to type in new information for the selected user. When changing a password you must enter a new password which conforms to the listed guidelines. Once complete, click Update and the user s information will be changed. Phone Contains only letters and numbers. At least 1 character needs to be a number. Cannot contain password, , or contain the username. 7 Page 8 - Wendy s Manager View Functions Below are the steps on how to enroll a user into a course. Click the link in the navigation menu locatated on the left side of the screen. Select a course from the list provided. Each course lists how many assignable seats are available. Please select a course. Course Available Seats E-Course: A.J. Antunes: Model Efficiency Bun Toaster HEBT-5V Select the user(s) that are to be enrolled by clicking on the name(s) in the table at the bottom of the page. To remove a user from the list, you can click on the name again in the table, or drag and drop the user from the list into the trash icon at the bottom right. Please select users from user table below. Aragorn, Bob McFly, Steve Daniels, Tony Once you have all the user(s) and course(s) selected click Enroll, and the chosen user(s) will be enrolled in the course(s) chosen. Make sure to double check the user list before you click Enroll. Once a user is enrolled, you cannot make any changes. Enroll Please double check the user list before you click the Enroll button. 8 Page 10 - Wendy s Manager View Functions Renewal Below are the details on how to cancel Auto Renew and edit your payment information. The Auto Renew system will send reminders prior to your item's expiration date. By having the Auto Renew option enabled, we will automatically renew your item for a new annual term, using the payment method on file. Click Diable Auto Renew to turn off auto renewals. If you choose to cancel the Auto Renew option, the renewal of your items will need to be done manually through the checkout process Renewal ITEM: ASSIGNED TO: RENEWAL STATUS: E-Course: A.J. Enter your new payment information into the window shown below and click Update.

Begin by clicking the Purchase Report link in the navigation menu located on the left side of the screen. Click on Download Purchase Report to download a report. (Note: You can view the purchases for everyone in the selected group in the table at the bottom).
