4 2 Introduction to Kaspersky Security This manual is aimed to help you configure Kaspersky Security successful and to assist your end users in working with their Kaspersky Security account. In this manual we assume that during the initial ordering you ordered at least one Kaspersky Security license. The following Kaspersky Security versions are available through your vendor: Kaspersky Internet Security Multi-Device (KSISMD) - enables your customers to protect virtually any combination of their PCs, Macs, Android smartphones and Android tablets devices with real-time, flexible malware protection, data theft protection and parental control. All without comprising system performance. Kaspersky Small Office Security for PC + Android (KSOSWKS) - enables your customers to protect virtually any combination of their PCs, Macs, Android smartphones and Android tablets devices with real-time, flexible malware protection, data theft protection and parental control. All without comprising system performance. Kaspersky Small Office Security for PC + Android + Server (KSOSFS) - offers your customers business-grade protection technologies without needing much time or resources to configure and manage complex IT security solutions. Kaspersky Small Office Security protects their Windows-based PCs & file servers and Android smartphones and tablets to safeguard their online banking transactions, business data and their customer's information. 3 Configuring Kaspersky Security Once your order is successfully completed and your subscription has been created you will find a reference to Kaspersky Security on

1 Add user(s) and assign Kaspersky Security licenses For each needed Kaspersky Security account within your organization you should create a Service User and assign

5 3 Configuring Kaspersky Security Once your order is successfully completed and your subscription has been created you will find a reference to Kaspersky Security on the Control Panel Dashboard and/or in the Control Panel Navigation menu. 3.1 Add user(s) and assign Kaspersky Security licenses For each needed Kaspersky Security account within your organization you should create a Service User and assign a Kaspersky Security license to it. If no Service User available in your account or you wish to assign Kaspersky Security to a new user you should create a Service User first. To add a new Service open the Users tab on the Control Panel Navigation menu. 5

6 Click the Add New Service User button to create a new user. Fill in the appropriate Main user information and supply or generate a password. At Services mark Kaspersky Security. Choose the desired Language Click next to continue 6

7 Choose the Kaspersky Security license that should be attached to this user. Click next to continue Review the setting and click Finish to start the provisioning of the new Kaspersky Security user account. 7

8 Click the refresh icon until the Status changed from Provisioning to Ready. The new Kaspersky Security user account is now created and active and the End-user is able login to the Control Panel with the credentials supplied when creating the Service User. You can login as the Service User by following the Login link in the screen above. 8

9 3.2 Download the software en get activation code as an End User. Login to the Control Panel with the credentials supplied when creating the Service User and select the tab Kaspersky Security. If you follow the link for your Operating system you will be redirected to the appropriate download section on the Kaspersky website. When installing the software you can use the Activation code from the Service User Control Panel. 9

10 3.3 View and Service Users and Activation Codes as an Administrator. From the Control Panel Dashboard go to the Kaspersky Security tab or follow the View Activation Code link from the Kaspersky Security widget. 10

11 3.4 Revoke an activation code from Service User as an Administrator. From the Kaspersky Security tab select the Service User you wish to revoke the activation code from and click the revoke button. Click Ok to continue. The activation code is successfully revoked from the Service User. Please note that the Service User itself is not removed and. 11

14 6 Managing your subscription You can easily upgrade, downgrade or cancel your Kaspersky Security subscription via the Customer Control Panel. For more information please refer to the general Customer Control Panel Manual. 6.1 Order additional licenses You can extend your Kaspersky Security subscription with additional licenses to add to new or existing user accounts.
