There is no charge for shipping on orders $10.00 and over if we choose the appropriate carrier. We use U.S. Mail and FedEx depending on the weight, size and destination. 5 CROING GUIDE CROING GUIDE Cropping is especially important when constructing your own composites, as this may affect the position of your graphic wording. For further information on making your own composites, montages or overlays, please see The Learning Center at our web site. It is also important to not shoot your images too tight. As our example shows, if an 8x10 (4x5) is ordered from a 4x6 aspect ratio file, you will lose approximately 1/6 of the length of your image. This is worth considering when shooting large groups. GENERAL INFORMATION THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN SHOOTING If you are ordering Traders or other ro products, you must shoot your individuals vertical and your groups horizontal. When shooting teams, be sure to leave ample space on the ends for cropping. Most cameras capture a frame that is wider than the standard 5x7 or 8x10 crop used in the majority of products. Digital files must be in JEG format and should to be shot in srgb color space. 5

Important information to consider when ordering your Wall Cling If you know you might be ordering a Wall Cling you will want to take several things into consideration when capturing your image. Optimal Resolution for Wall Clings Size Minimum Resolution 12x x x x x x x x3000 Make sure that the main subject to be cut out is not covered in any area by another person or object. Make sure it is clear which part of the image you want cut out by cropping the subject to fit the full frame. Make sure your camera is capturing its largest file size to avoid a soft, pixelled enlargement. If you have any special instructions please include these in your order. 22 MONEY ENVELOES MONEY ENVELOES MONEY ENVELOES Black River Imaging offers a sports program that allows you to design your own packages with a wide variety of traders, calendars, buttons, etc. and add-on sales items. We do this so that you can meet the needs of your customer. When designing your Money Envelopes we suggest that you offer 4 to 6 packages that include both individual and team pictures. There should be at least a $5 $6 difference between the price of each package. Include other information such as: Who to make the check payable to and return check charges. See sample layout below. You also should offer eight to ten add-on items such as traders, buttons, luggage tags, etc. It is recommended that you not include these specialty items in the individual packages.
