7 GAUZE SWABS X-RAY & PLAIN (STERILE AND NON STERILE) - Gauze swabs are made of 100% natural cotton hydrophilic gauze - Absorbency < 3 sec & Whiteness level > 82 % - Grey fabrics are bleached by using hydrogen peroxide in an automatic machine, not using chlorine which is forbidden by all over the world. - Low lint level is to eliminate lint in the wound cavity - An x-ray thread incorporated in to the swabs decreases the risk during surgery.x-ray thread used is 60% barium sulphate and multifilament yarn which will be easy to detect in x-ray photos - To eliminate the risk of free fibers release the edges of the swabs are folded inside - Sterile gauze swabs are packed in medical grade paper / film peel able blister packing pouches sterilized by ETO - Bacterial endotoxins is less than limit after sterilization which will not cause any reaction or side effect to the user - Products are sterilized in a validated process to hold the sterile content and residue ethylene oxide below detectable level (BDL) LAP SPONGE OR MOPPING PAD X-RAY & PLAIN (STERILE AND NON STERILE) - Lap sponge are made of pure cotton chlorine free bleached hydrophilic gauze - An x-ray thread incorporated in to the sponge decreases the risk during surgery (60 % barium multifilament yarn ) - Each sponges feature a cotton loop for easy location & retrieval during surgery that increase the safety of use - Lap sponge are assigned for straining large amount of systemic fluids from the OP field. - Sterile Lap sponges swabs are packed in medical grade paper / film peel able blister packing pouches sterilized by ETO COMBINE DRESSING PAD (STERILE AND NON STERILE) - The absorbent combine dressing pad have the absorbent core made of 100 % absorbent cotton placed between the layers of chlorine free bleached cotton gauze or medical non woven of high hydrophilic properties. - The cotton significantly increases absorption capacity & keeps the wound dry. - Combine dressing pad are especially recommended for dressing of high critical wounds. - Sterile combine dressing pad are packed in medical grade paper / film peel able blister packing pouches sterilized by ETO 5

8 GAMJEE ROLL (STERILE AND NONSTERILE) - The absorbent gamjee roll have the absorbent core made of 100 % absorbent cotton placed between the layers of chlorine free bleached cotton gauze - Gamjee roll are generally in different sizes & meters, so the end user can cut the dressing pad according to their size - Gamjee roll are especially recommended for dressing of high critical wounds. - Gamjee roll are packed in medical grade paper / film peel able blister packing pouches sterilized by ETO HIGH ABSORBENT DRESSING PAD The high absorbent dressing pads have the absorbent core made of cellulose pulp placed between the layers of non woven. The pulp significally increases absorption capacity of the pad.the swabs are especially recommended for dressing of high exudating wounds RIBBON GAUZE In surgical cases ribbon gauze is used as a long sponge in walling off deep cavities as packing. To control bleeding and also as packing in kidney of prostatic surgery. Its mainly uses in an ENT surgery. 6

9 ABSORBENT GAUZE THAN AND ROLLER BANDAGES We produce and supply to our clients, a wide range of gauze roll that are hygienically made so that they are safe to use in various medical applications. We manufacture and provide roller bandages and gauze than those are generally provided by in several qualities and several sizes according to customer requirement. Roller bandages edges are evenly cut parallel to warp threads and are reasonably free from loose threads. Rolled bandages are used for different types of cuts, injuries, wounds etc. Strong and convenient, these medical bandage, gauze bandages are used when moderate compression is required. PERINEAL PAD - A cushion of soft materials used to cover the perineum to absorb the menstrual fluids or to protect a wound. - We provide sterile perineal pad is disclosed that in preferably of a disposable construction and has a thermal pack underlying that portion of it absorbent member that is to be in engagement with urogenital region of the perineum. GAUZE TAMPON The tampon is an absorbent swab of spherical form with outer layer made of gauze with cotton wool absorbent core. Each tampo has a cotton thread attached which enables removal of the dressing from the body.it is especially recommended for gynaecological procedures. 7

10 EYE DRESSING PAD The eye dressing pad is made of gauze and non woven inside of which there is an absorbent pad of dressing cotton wool in oval shape adjusted to the shape of orbital cavity. ABSORBENT COTTON ROLLS - Bleached to a good white and free from neps, leaf & shell - Absorbent medical cotton wool is well known for its qualities as a dressing materials and is safe for all skin types. - It is leads to better absorbance of body fluids and hence is more suitable as dressing materials for wounds. The gowns provide good materials as air perneal protection, comfort and convenience even during prolonged operations, water replant, alcoholic replant, liquid replant and antistatic 100% breathe. So it s easy to wear for prolonged surgery & gowns meet all demands of surgical use. The soft knit cuffs are not only comfortable but their length facilate closed gloving. REINFORCED AND BVB SURGICAL GOWNS It is made of BVB,, SMMS, SPUNLACE, and SPUNBOND NON WOVEN FABRIC. Breathable Viral Barrier (BVB) fabric is a tri-laminate polypropylene based composite material with a breathable monolithic film. Provides excellent barrier properties afainst real world viruses causing infectious diseases such as HIV/AIDS & SARS. The front and sleeve areas of the gown are made of an exceptionally soft, yet repellent fabric. The materials are 100% breathable, anti blood, anti alcohol. So it s easy to wear for long surgery. Surgical face masks protects the op fiels from contaminations, exfoliated epidermis, hair and droplet-borne infections. Available in sterile and non sterile version,in two colours green and blue. BOUFFANT CAP A bouffant cap is a type of cap that completely covers the hair for use in cleanrooms and other situations where it is important to avoid loose hairs. They are usually made of polypropylene or some other non-woven material, with an elastic band around the rim to keep it tight around the forehead and the back of the head below the hairline. 21

BABY DIAPERS Modern breathable hygienic products. The soft non woven diapers top sheet enhances the comfort usage. Each of 4 sizes (xs, s, m, l) given in the offer has got individual features that are adjusted both to size & strong of baby s development. Side cuffs and special non woven cloth which distributes wetness on the surface of an absorbent core constitute additional protection from leakage. SANITARY NAPKINS Thickness 3 mm, wings embossed channels, super absorbent core, neutralizes intimate smell breathable individually wrapped. Three types of Ultra Thin napkins are created especially for more demanding woman. Only 3 mm thin napkin assures super comfort and discretion. Your skin breathes with the napkin, the air goes through the napkin allowing the skin to breathe. It's covered with breathable film, therefore they are particularly skin friendly. 25 ADULT DIAPERS Adult diapers are designed for people with moderate and heavy I continence. They can be used by both active and bed ridden people. Two levels of absorbency. 26 WET WIPES Soft & Strong they cleanse moisturize the skin. The pleasant talc fragrance and the cam mile extract. Wet wipes are produced as air-laid paper where the fibers are carried and formed to the structure of paper by air. They are moistened with water or other liquids like isopropyl alcohol depending on the applications. The paper might be treated with softeners, lotions or added perfume to get the right properties or "feeling". The finished wet wipes are folded and put in pocket size package or a box dispenser. ALCOHOL SWAB Individually Foil Wrapped Convenient to Use Thicker, softer! 70% Isopropyl Alcohol for optimum anti-bacterial action. Use an antiseptic skin cleanser before injection. STERILIZATION FLAT REELS The flat sterilization reels offered by us are constructed from medical sterilization paper and multilayer barrier films. All imprints are located outside the packing area to prevent ink pigment migration to the product. Transparent, multilayer co-polymer film allows easy identification These also come printed with double sterilization indicators for providing information on ethylene oxide, steam vapor processes & formaldehyde. 27 STERILE DRESSING SETS The composition of specialist sets. Set is a combination of sterile products made of gauze, non woven, plastic materials and other materials used during surgical procedures such as cardboard kidney, forceps or gloves. The combination of a given set is chosen carefully in order to enable performance of a particular surgical procedure by opening only one sterile package. All the necessary components for routine dressing procedures are grouped, placed in the order of use and sterilized in a unique pack. Most of the sets are wrapped in large field that, when opened, will automatically cover the working place creating immediately a sterile field. It s exclusively made by single use components. WRAPPING SHEET Wrapping sheet is used to pack laundry items, and all heavy items that are to be sterilized Sterilization wraps are tear proof and resistant non.woven material made of polypropylene which is suitable for heavy duty applications. Four layer materials is made of two layers of spunbond which ensure extraordinary flexibility and drape ability and two melt blown layers form an efficient barrier against bacteria. Two sides with different tones enable to easily identify tears/damage to sterilized packs. It is assigned for sterilization by steam, ethylene oxide or irradiation. the material is antistatic, dust free and it does not rustle nor reflect light. CANNULA PLAST The carrier of the dressing is made of soft elastic non woven which enables easy adjustment to the body shapes. Cannula palst has a cutout for cannula,which makes the application of a wound dressing easy and secure. Each single cannula plast wrapping has an extra absorbent pad, which is to be placed under the cannula. The adhesive dressing is permeable to water vapour and air.
