23 FAQ 1. Payment period Commissions for Digi & Maxis reload will be calculated in weekly basis (Mon to Sunday). We will take 7 working days processing period. The payment will either added into your top-up balance or cheque payment in every Monday. If Public holiday fall in Monday, the payment will be made in next working day. As for the Incentive payment, Bronze dealer will awarded RM50 on the same day as the new dealer activated. Celcom reload-dealer will be getting their commission directly from their current top up. E.g. Celcom airtime, RM10, will be deducted from dealer account-rm Customer services operating hours - Our customer services representatives are available from Monday to Friday (9am to 7pm), Saturday (9am to2pm).
