1 WELCOME SCREEN Welcome to the ScrapConnect iphone app. With this app you can log on to access the ASNE (Advance Ship Notice Entry) and FastPay Applications. Your User ID and Password are the same as your User ID and Password for the ScrapConnect website. Enter User ID Enter Password Click if you forgot your User ID or Password

2 COMPANIES SCREEN If your User ID has access to multiple accounts (companies) this screen will allow you to select the company you want to access. If you only have access to one company, you will not see this screen and will be redirected to the App Selection Screen. Tap company name to select Tap to access your User Information

3 USER INFORMATION SCREEN The User Information Screen, which is accessed from the Companies Screen, displays the correct company you are working with, as well as information about the app. You can also log out of the app from here. To return to the previous screen, slide this portion to the left. Tap to log out

4 MAIN APP SCREEN Select the application you wish to use from here, by tapping on the icon. Depending on your account permissions, you may not have access to all applications. To request access to a specific application, contact DJJ Brokerage Regional Center (djjadm@djj.com). Tap application for use

5 FASTPAY SELECTION SCREEN This screen displays transactions that are available for selection. Tap to select transaction

6 FASTPAY SELECTION SCREEN (TRANSACTION SELECTION) Tap to exit Once a selection is made on one or multiple transactions to authorize for FastPay, you will see the amount update along with check marks on your selections. You can continue to select additional transactions. Once your selections are finalized, tap SUBMIT to authorize. Tap to Submit Tap to UN-Select Tap to Select Tap to UN-Select Tap to Select

7 FASTPAY CONFIRMATION SCREEN Tap to exit FastPay A confirmation box will appear once the SUBMIT button was tapped asking you to confirm your selections. Tap to confirm and authorize Tap to cancel and return to the FastPay Selection Screen

8 FASTPAY CONFIRMATION RECEIPT SCREEN Tap to exit FastPay Upon submission on the FastPay Confirmation Screen, you will see all of your recent FastPay confirmations. You can any confirmation by simply tapping on it. Tap to send

9 ASNE (Advance Ship Notice Entry) MAIN SCREEN Tap to exit ASNE Tapping the ASNE icon on the Applications Screen opens the ASNE Main Screen. This screen provides the capabilities of entering rail and barge shipping notices. To begin, select the Mode, Origin, Destination and Grade for the notices you want to enter then tap Continue. Select from the list of values Tap to continue

10 ASNE OPEN CONTRACTS SCREEN Any open contracts you selected on the Main ASNE Screen will be displayed here. This is an informational screen only. To begin entering notices, tap the Rail Shipment icon at the bottom of the screen. Tap to begin entering notices Tap to review notices entered, but not submitted to DJJ

11 ASNE SHIPMENT NOTICE ENTRY SCREEN 1 OF 2 Enter all inputs for a shipping notice here. To enter, simply tap the items to either type or select the data to enter. Scroll down for additional date entry fields. Tap to return to open contracts screen Tap to review notices entered, but not submitted to DJJ

12 ASNE SHIPMENT NOTICE ENTRY SCREEN Additional fields. 2 OF 2 Once all applicable data is entered tap the Add Line button to add the notice to the pending queue. Tap to return to open contracts screen Tap to review notices entered, but not submitted to DJJ

13 ASNE SHIPMENT ADDED CONFIRMATION SCREEN Upon tapping the Add Line button on the Shipment Notice Entry Scree, you will receive the Shipment Added message and the notice will be added tot he pending queue. NOTE: At this point, the notice has not been submitted to DJJ. You can continue entering notices or submit all entered notices to DJJ. Tap OK to dismiss the message Tap to return to open contracts screen Tap to begin entering notices Tap to review notices entered, but not submitted to DJJ

14 ASNE SHIPMENT NOTICE PENDING SCREEN Send all notices that have been entered during your session from here. To process all notices, tap any of the shipments. You will receive a confirmation that your notices have successfully been submitted to DJJ. Tap to return to open contracts screen Tap to begin entering notices
