6 Service Sign-up and Billing Monthly Billing Credit Check: When a customer signs up for Consumer Cellular service, they will undergo a credit check. Month to Month: If there are no major issues, we will set the customer up on monthly billing. Bills are sent following a month of service. Auto-Pay: If there is an issue with their credit, they will be required to set up automatic payments with a debit or credit card. No Overage Fees Usage Alerts: Our free, customizable usage alerts notify customers when they are approaching or have exceeded their monthly usage plan limit. Automatic Upgrades: If a customer exceeds what s provided on their current plan, we automatically upgrade them to the next level plan. This way, they are guaranteed to get the best possible rate with absolutely no overage fees. Changing Plans: Customers can change their plan as often as they like with changes retroactive to start of the billing period with no cost, penalties or fees.
