CAN I USE THE SERVICE TO CALL, SURF OR TEXT IN CANADA? The AMALFI strictly offers Internet Access over the secure MTREX network and does not provide text or voice services. The AMALFI gives you access to connect in over 120 countries worldwide with three (3) SIM cards: one for CANADA (red); one for the U.S. (white); and, one for Latin America, Europe & Asia (blue). 2. CAN I RELY ON GETTING COVERAGE ANYWHERE IN THE U.S.? The AMALFI covers the majority and most popular areas in the U.S. territory. The AMALFI operates using cellular data transmission. The AMALFI connects only to Tier 1 wireless carriers in every region allowing for the greatest coverage and secure, fast connections. There are, however, locations that have poor cellular coverage due to a variety of circumstances (weather, remote location, spectrum obstruction, etc.). In these instances the AMALFI will experience poor cellular connectivity just as your cell phone would. If this is the case, try to move to another location where reception may be improved. PLEASE NOTE: Once the appropriate SIM card has been inserted correctly and AMALFI has been powered on, it typically takes anywhere from 2-8 minutes to connect to the MTREX network. It can take longer depending on location. 3. WHAT DATA SPEED CAN I EXPECT WHILE USING AMALFI? The AMALFI offers 4G*/3G connectivity. Up to 21 Mbps. (* - 4G connectivity can vary based on location) 4. CAN I USE AMALFI WITH MY BLACKBERRY? AMALFI is compatible with Blackberry devices. To set up your Blackberry, after you have powered on AMALFI with the appropriate SIM card inserted, go to the Blackberry Wi-Fi settings and find the MTREX network on your Wi-Fi list. Double click the AMALFI sidebar twice to retrieve your default password. Enter the password under the MTREX network and you are now ready to join the network using your Blackberry device. 5. WHAT IS THE DATA SETTING FOR APPLE PRODUCTS (MAC, IPHONE & IPAD)? AMALFI is compatible with Apple products. To set up your Apple product, after you have powered on AMALFI with the appropriate SIM card inserted, go to the Wi-Fi settings on your device, and find the MTREX network.

2 Double click the AMALFI sidebar twice to retrieve your default password. Enter the password under the MTREX network and you are ready to use your purchased data. You must register your device on the AMALFI website before you can access the Internet using AMALFI. 6. HOW DO I TOP-UP TO RECEIVE MORE DATA? Once your account has used 75% of your data package within that month, you will receive an notification stating how much data you have used. Visit the AMALFI website s Home page to top up your account. Here you will need to log into your account and top up the appropriate SIM card with your credit card. PLEASE NOTE: After purchasing your device, you must initially visit the AMALFI website, create an account and register your AMALFI using the IMEI Number (either found under the battery of the device or on back of AMALFI packaging). You will then need to proceed by topping up your SIM cards by submitting your credit card information. 7. WHAT ARE MY DATA SETTINGS FOR ALL SMARTPHONES (ANDROID, IOS Devices, WINDOWS, and BLACKBERRY)? AMALFI is compatible with all Smartphones. To set up your Smartphone, after you have powered on AMALFI with the appropriate SIM card inserted, go to the Wi-Fi settings on your device, and find the MTREX network. Double click the AMALFI sidebar twice to retrieve your default password. Enter the password under the MTREX network and you are ready to join the network. You must register your device on the AMALFI website before you can access the Internet. 8. MY DEVICE WON T CONNECT TO THE NETWORK IN A COVERAGE AREA WHAT DO I DO? Please try the following steps when connecting to AMALFI: - Be sure to visit the AMALFI Home page to create an account, register your AMALFI and top up your account for the appropriate SIM card. This must be completed before using AMALFI. - Please ensure you have the correct password by double clicking the AMALFI sidebar twice. Enter this password under the MTREX network on the device you wish to connect. - Try and power cycle your AMALFI (turn your AMALFI off and then restart). - You could be situated in a low coverage area. Obstacles, such as terrain, weather, foliage, building and other construction, and signal strength, may affect actual coverage area. - Connection Time: The AMALFI could typically take anywhere from 2-8 minutes to connect to the MTREX network. It can take longer depending on location. - The AMALFI is programmed to enter into sleep mode after 10 minutes. If AMALFI is still trying to connect to the network and enters into sleep mode, it will not connect to the MTREX network. Please keep your AMALFI awake during this initialization period. -If you are still experiencing difficulty connecting the AMALFI to your device (laptop, phone, tablet), it could be due to IP conflicts which can happen between devices from time to time. If so, please do the following: a. Locate the Wi-Fi list on your device and delete (forget) the MTREX Wi-Fi b. Once you completed a. above, power cycle your device, that is, turn your device (laptop, phone or tablet) off and then restart c. Power cycle AMALFI (turn your AMALFI off and then restart) d. Look for the MTREX Wi-Fi on your device and logon using your password as you had done originally.

3 If you are still having problems, please go to the website and contact a representative using Live Chat or amalfi@ mtrexsolutions.com. 9. HOW DO I INSERT THE SIM CARD INTO THE AMALFI? To insert the SIM card correctly, push down and up on back casing (see arrow). Under the battery you will see a metal gate on bottom right hand corner of device. When sliding in the SIM card, ensure SIM is facing downward and ICCID number of SIM is facing upward. Be sure notch of the SIM card is positioned on the top left hand corner. Put back battery and top casing. Power on AMALFI and join the network. 10. CAN I CHANGE THE START TIME OF MY PLAN? You cannot change or set a timer for when you want your data plan to activate. Once you have purchased a data plan and/or topped up your account for the appropriate SIM card, starting from that current date you have one (1) month until your data expires, or your data is used up, whichever comes first. 11. IPHONE: NO SERVICE OR NO SIM. You will never need to unlock your iphone when using AMALFI because you are simply connecting your iphone to the Wi-Fi device. The MTREX network will be listed as an option on your iphone Wi-Fi list. Enter the password by pressing the AMALFI sidebar twice to retrieve your default password. Please note, connecting to the network may typically take anywhere from 2-8 minutes. It can take longer depending on location. The AMALFI is programmed to revert to Sleep Mode when not being used. Be sure to keep the device awake during this initial 2-8 minute connection. 12. I AM HAVING INTERMITTENT TROUBLE CONNECTING WITH THE AMALFI. IT CONNECTS, THEN DROPS THE CONNECTION, AND AT TIMES HAS DIFFICULTY RECONNECTING. The AMALFI operates using cellular data transmission. The AMALFI connects only to Tier 1 wireless carriers in every region allowing for the greatest coverage and secure, fast connections. There are, however, locations that have poor cellular coverage due to a variety of circumstances (weather, remote location, spectrum obstruction, etc.). In these instances the AMALFI will experience poor cellular connectivity just as your cell phone would. If this is the case, try to move to another location where reception may be improved. 13. WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY DEVICE? If you lose your AMALFI, please go to the website and contact a representative using Live Chat or amalfi@mtrexsolutions. com to temporarily deactivate your AMALFI. Please have your IMEI or device number ready. Deactivation will occur when receipt of notification is confirmed. Please note, MTREX NETWORK SOLUTIONS Inc. is not responsible for any funds or credit left on the unit. THE BASICS 14. WHAT IS ROAMING? Roaming is the ability for a cellular or connected user to automatically send and receive data. With the AMALFI, the data package offers you the ability to access data services in over 120 countries (see list of countries on AMALFI website). You will never incur any roaming charges using AMALFI. Depending on where you are travelling, we provide you with three (3) SIM cards: one for Canada (red); one for the U.S. (white); and, one for Latin America, Europe & Asia (blue). If you make a mistake and insert the wrong SIM, AMALFI will let you know.

4 15. WHAT IS A SIM CARD? A SIM card (Subscriber Identity Module) identifies each user on the network by location, network authorization data and security keys. While using AMALFI, the MTREX network security feature includes an encryption to protect your data and prevents breach of information. 16. CAN I USE MY OWN PHONE ON THE MTREX NETWORK? To access data services on your mobile device, you will need to insert the appropriate SIM card into the AMALFI unit and then connect to the MTREX network under your cellular Wi-Fi list. You cannot insert the AMALFI SIM cards into your mobile device. They will not be accepted. 17. DOES MY PHONE NEED TO BE UNLOCKED? When using AMALFI services, your phone or device does not need to be unlocked. The MTREX network runs on a private APN, and data can only be accessed or available when connecting your phone/device to the AMALFI. For set up, click on the MTREX network under your device Wi-Fi list and enter your default password. Password can be viewed by clicking the AMALFI sidebar twice. 18. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY MTREX SIM CARD IF I LET IT EXPIRE? Your MTREX SIM card will never expire, as long as you keep it in your possession and the SIM card ICCID/SIM card number is registered under your account on the AMALFI website. Please note: your data package will expire after one month of credit card activation or your data is used up, whichever comes first. 19. CAN I CHANGE THE START TIME OF MY PLAN? You cannot change or set a timer for when you want your data plan to activate. Once you have purchased a data plan and/or topped up your account for the appropriate SIM card, starting from that current date you have one (1) month until your data expires, or your data is used up, whichever comes first. 20. AMALFI gives the option of an extendable micro SD, which holds 32GB of additional storage. 22. WHAT DATA SPEEDS CAN I EXPECT WITH THE AMALFI? On the MTREX network you can expect 4G*/3G connectivity. (* - 4G connectivity can vary based on location) TROUBLESHOOTING 23. WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN MY AMALFI SAYS WRONG SIM? When AMALFI has notified you that you have inserted the WRONG SIM, this means you are in a territory/ country, which cannot access the network by the SIM card you have chosen. Please note, the red SIM card is for Canada, the white SIM card is for the U.S., and the blue SIM card is for Latin America, Europe and Asia. To view a list

5 of countries, please go to the Data Plan section on the Home page of the site. 24. WHY CAN T I CONNECT TO THE INTERNET USING AMALFI? Please try the following steps when connecting through AMALFI: - Be sure to visit the AMALFI Home page to create an account, register your AMALFI and top up your account for the appropriate SIM card. This must be completed before using AMALFI. - Please ensure you have the correct password by double clicking the sidebar twice. Enter this password under the MTREX network on the device you wish to connect. - Try and power cycle your AMALFI (turn your AMALFI off and then restart). - You could be situated in low coverage area. Obstacles, such as terrain, weather, foliage, building and other construction, and signal strength, may affect actual coverage area. - Connection Time: The AMALFI could typically take anywhere from 2-8 minutes to connect to the MTREX network. If so, please do the following: a. Locate the Wi-Fi list on your device and delete (forget) the MTREX Wi-Fi b. Look for the MTREX Wi-Fi on your device and logon using your password as you had done originally. If you are still having problems, please go to the website and contact a representative using Live Chat or amalfi@ mtrexsolutions.com 25. HOW DO I CHANGE MY SIM CARD IN THE AMALFI? WHY DOESN T MY AMALFI IMMEDIATELY CONNECT? Connecting your AMALFI to the network may typically take anywhere from 2-8 minutes. It can take longer depending on location. The AMALFI is programmed to revert to Sleep Mode when not being used for 10 minutes. Be sure to keep device awake during this initial 2-8 minute connection process. 27. MY AMALFI SAYS CONNECTED BUT I CAN T ACCESS THE INTERNET? If AMALFI says connected to a network but you cannot connect to the Internet, first try: - To reconnect from the MTREX network on your device Wi-Fi list. - Try to power cycle your AMALFI (turn your AMALFI off and then restart). Please note, connecting to the network may take anywhere from 2-8 minutes.

6 If you are still having problems, please go to the website and contact a representative using Live Chat or amalfi@ mtrexsolutions.com. USING YOUR PRODUCT 28. HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY SERVICE? To activate your AMALFI, please follow the steps below: - Go to the AMALFI Home page and create an account. - Walk through the process to register your AMALFI. Your credit card information will be required to register your AMALFI. - You will then add a data plan to the SIM card you would like to use. Once your data has been successfully purchased and applied to your SIM card, you have one (1) month until your funds are expired or your data is used up, whichever comes first. Please note, to register your AMALFI device on the website you must have the correct IMEI Number (found on back of packaging or behind the battery of the device). 29. HOW DO I MAKE A CALL WHEN I M IN THE U.S.? The AMALFI is strictly for data use ONLY. 30. DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT? There are no contracts when using AMALFI. 31. CAN I CHOOSE WHEN MY PLAN STARTS? Once you have purchased your initial or additional data plan on each SIM card, you cannot change or set a start time. You have one (1) month to use your purchased data package upon credit card approval. 32. CAN I CALL EMERGENCY NUMBERS WITH MY SERVICE? The AMALFI service is strictly for data use. 33. HOW DO I CHANGE THE CREDIT CARD ASSOCIATED WITH THE AMALFI? To change the credit card associated with the AMALFI, log into your account on the AMALFI website and click on Account Information. Here you are able to change your credit card information. 34. CAN SOMEONE ELSE TOP UP MY ACCOUNT ON MY BEHALF? Once your account has used 75% of your data package within that month, you will receive an notification stating how much data you have used. You will need to visit the AMALFI Home page to top up your account. Here you will log into your account and add additional funds to your account for the appropriate SIM card. If you have provided your username and password to someone else, then they will have the ability to top up your account, using the credit card registered to your account. In order to make topping up your SIM cards easier, you do not have to re-enter your credit card details. Your financial information is held by an accredited organization that meets PCI-DSS requirements and certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, adhering to the most stringent level of certification.

7 PLEASE NOTE: After purchasing your device, you must initially visit the AMALFI website, create an account and register your AMALFI using the IMEI Number (either found under the battery of the device or on back of AMALFI packaging). You will then need to proceed by topping up the appropriate SIM cards by submitting your credit card information. 35. HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR ACCESS TO THE AMALFI MTREX NETWORK? Please visit the Data Plan section of the AMALFI Home page to view the cost of data packages. You are able to check all data costs on a country by country basis. There are no additional administration or hidden fees. PLEASE NOTE, data plans may vary depending on country visited. 36. HOW DO I CONNECT TO THE DEVICE MANAGEMENT TOOL? For MAC Operating Systems, once you have successfully connected the device, you must manually activate the software installation by visiting Once the software is successfully installed, enter your password which is admin at the login screen. For Windows Operating Systems, once you have successfully connected the device, the installation of the software will start automatically. Follow the instructions that are displayed to complete the installation. If the installation of the software does not start automatically, you can run the installation program in the path My Computer>MTREX NETWORKS AMALFI. Once the software is successfully installed, enter your password which is admin at the login screen. 37. WHAT CAN I DO ONCE CONNECTED TO THE DEVICE MANAGEMENT TOOL? There are a variety of functions that can be done using this Tool. You can view all devices connected to your AMALFI, check battery status, monitor data usage or reset the password of the device. Visit the Quick Start Video on our Home page to discover the Tool s many features. 38. HOW DO I MONITOR MY USAGE? To monitor your usage, plug the AMALFI into your computer and connect to the Device Management Tool. Login into The Tool, with your default password, admin. Under the Information tab you can view real time data usage. 39. ACCESSING SIM CARD QUICK START GUIDE Access the AMALFI Quick Start Guide and video on the AMALFI HOME page. 40. WILL I INCUR OVERAGE CHARGES IF I EXCEED MY LIMIT? When using AMALFI, you will never incur overage charges. AMALFI will stop providing data service when you have reached your 500MB limit or the amount of data you purchased (certain countries provide a lower MB limit for USD $60). As part of the service, you will receive an notification when you have exhausted 75% of your data package. Please note: 75% is the default setting for this notification. Users can customize at what threshold they would like to receive the notification by accessing the Device Management Tool. 41. CAN I TRANSFER MY ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER PERSON? AMALFI does not allow you to share or transfer your account to another person; however, up to 10 devices can be simultaneously connected to your AMALFI.

8 42. HOW DO I BUY OR TOP UP MY PLAN? To purchase a plan for the first time, please visit the AMALFI Home page and create an account. You then must register your account and top up the appropriate SIM card with the appropriate data plan. You will need to provide your credit card details to purchase. PLEASE NOTE: AMALFI provides you with three (3) different SIM cards. Only top up the SIM cards you will be using as data will expire one (1) month after activation. For simple top up, once your account has exhausted 75% of your data package, you will receive an notification with a link back to the AMALFI website. Here you will need to log into your account and add additional funds to your account for the appropriate SIM card. Double click the sidebar twice to retrieve your default password. Enter the password under the MTREX network and you are now ready to use data on your Blackberry. 44. HOW MANY DEVICES CAN I USE WITH AMALFI? With AMALFI you can have up to 10 devices connected. To change the number of devices connected, connect the AMALFI to your computer and the Device Management Tool will upload to your computer automatically. Your default password to login is admin. On the HOME page, the AMALFI gives you access to view all devices connected. Under the SETTINGS tab you can also change the number of devices allowed to be connected to your AMALFI at one time. 45. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO WITH MY PHONE/LAPTOP/TABLET IN ORDER FOR THEM TO WORK WITH AMALFI? To let your device (phone/laptop/tablet) work with AMALFI, follow the steps below: - Create an account on the AMALFI Home page. - Walk through the process to register your AMALFI. Your credit card information will be required to register your AMALFI. - You will then add a data plan to the SIM card you would like to use first. Once your data has been successfully purchased and applied to the appropriate SIM card, you have one (1) month until your funds expired or your data is used up, whichever comes first. Please note, to register your AMALFI device on the website you must have the correct IMEI Number (found on back of packaging or behind the battery of the device). - Insert the appropriate SIM card depending on your current location or travel destination. - Press the sidebar twice to retrieve your default password. - Find the MTREX network on your device Wi-Fi list and enter your default password. 9 PURCHASING AND RETURNING 46. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED? Payment option for AMALFI data package is by Credit Card only. Please visit the website to view accepted credit cards. 47. CAN I ORDER SECURELY FROM YOUR WEBSITE? MTREX NETWORK SOLUTIONS Inc. does not hold your credit card information after purchase so all your information is secure. 48. DO YOU OFFER LIVE CHAT SUPPORT? Yes. Please go to the Live Chat feature on the website. Remember to bookmark your Account page for easy access to Live Chat. 49. CAN I HAVE A SIM CARD SHIPPED? You cannot have an individual SIM card shipped to your address when purchasing the AMALFI package. If you are having trouble with a particular SIM card, which has been deemed DOA ( Dead on Arrival ), contact your Retailer or Distributor regarding its return policy. 50. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY? Yes, our retail and distribution community accommodates delivery of AMALFI products internationally. 51. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY? To receive information on the Shipping and Return Policy, please contact the Retailer or Distributor from which you made your purchase. They will be able to answer all of your questions. DATA ROAMING 52. WHAT IS DATA ROAMING? As a user, you can accumulate data roaming charges simply by leaving your device turned on while in a session. AMALFI provides you with a full solution through which you will never incur roaming charges when using data. With the three (3) SIM cards you have access to over 120 countries worldwide. Our system is set up to deactivate your Internet access when a user has exhausted his/her data plan. PLANS & COSTS 53. WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY DATA? AMALFI offers you 500MB for $60.00 USD in Tier 1 countries. For 500MB, you are getting an estimated 2,500 s/Texts/ 800 Web Pages, Facebook, Twitter, etc.../100 Photo Uploads & Downloads/20 minutes of YouTube/ Movies/Streaming. Please note: this will vary when traveling outside Tier 1 countries. Refer to the Country List on the Home page for more details and country specific rates. 54. DO I NEED TO PAY ANY SERVICE OR ACTIVATION FEES? There are no additional service charges or activation fees when registering for AMALFI. Simply purchase a data plan and you are ready to connect to the MTREX network.

10 55. DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH MTREX NETWORK SOLUTIONS? You do not need to sign a contract when using the MTREX network. Simply purchase a data plan for your AMALFI on the AMALFI website and you have one (1) month from date of purchase until expiry of data or your data is used up, whichever comes first. 56. IF I HAVE ANY UNUSED DATA, CAN I ROLL IT OVER? If you have not used your allotted data within the month, the remaining data WILL NOT ROLL into the next month. You have one (1) month from date of purchase until expiry of data. 57. IF I HAVE MULTIPLE AMALFI ACCOUNTS, CAN I TRANSFER FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER? If you have multiple AMALFI accounts, you are not able to transfer plans from one account to another. There can only be one data plan applied to one AMALFI. 58. CAN I PURCHASE A PLAN NOW AND SCHEDULE MY COVERAGE TO BEGIN IN THE FUTURE? Once you have purchased your initial or additional data plan on each SIM card, you cannot change or set a start time. You have one (1) month to use your purchased data package upon credit card approval date. 59. WHY IS AMALFI BETTER THAN A PREPAID PHONE OR SIM FROM THE U.S.? With AMALFI, we give you the ability to travel the world in over 120 countries by simply changing between three (3) SIM cards: one for Canada (red), one for the U.S. (white) and one for Latin America, Europe, Asia and Caribbean (blue). The AMALFI does not restrict you from staying within a particular territory. Since AMALFI is a borderless solution, there are never any roaming or additional fees like you would acquire with a prepaid phone solution. 60. WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF DATA ON MY DATA PLAN? Once your account has exhausted 75% of your data package within that usable month, you will receive an notification with a link back to the AMALFI website. Here you will need to log into your account and add additional funds to your account for the appropriate SIM card. PLEASE NOTE: After purchasing your device, you must create an account and register your AMALFI using the IMEI Number (either found under the battery or on back of AMALFI packaging). You will then need to proceed by topping up your SIM cards by submitting your credit card information. 61. CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE MONTH OF DATA AT ONE TIME? AMALFI will give you the option to activate an additional data packages per month automatically, charging your credit card in advance for one (1) year of service. If you have not utilized all your data within that month, at the end of the month your data will expire and a new month of the data package will be activated. 62. WHAT HAPPENS IF I EXCEED MY DATA PACKAGE DATA IN A MONTH? AMALFI will automatically turn off your service when you have reached the data limit of your data package.

You cannot directly purchase or insert one of the AMALFI SIM cards into your ipad because the MTREX network is a private network programmed for AMALFI use only. AMALFI offers 4G*/3G data connection. (* - 4G connectivity can vary based on location) 67. CAN I RELY ON GETTING COVERAGE ANYWHERE? The AMALFI and MTREX network covers the majority and most popular areas globally and will provide services on a cruise ship. If you are on a cruise ship and within a reasonable distance from the shoreline, the AMALFI will function in the same manner as if you were on land. The AMALFI operates using cellular data transmission. The AMALFI connects only to Tier 1 wireless carriers in every region allowing for the greatest coverage and secure, fast connections. There are, however, locations that have poor cellular coverage due to a variety of circumstances (weather, remote location, spectrum obstruction, etc.). In these instances the AMALFI will experience poor cellular connectivity just as your cell phone would. If this is the case, try to move to another location where reception may be improved. 12 SUPPORT: AMALFI Wi-Fi 68. CAN I TRANSFER THE SIM CARD FROM THE AMALFI TO ANOTHER DEVICE? If you have multiple AMALFI accounts, you are not able to transfer plans and/or SIM cards from one account to another. One AMALFI is strictly programmed to the three (3) ICCID Numbers (SIM numbers) provided. 69. WHERE CAN I FIND THE NETWORK NAME AND MY PASSWORD? The MTREX network name will appear on the screen of your AMALFI. Access your device Wi-Fi list and find the name that appeared on the screen of your AMALFI. If you cannot find the network name on your device, please power cycle your AMALFI (turn your AMALFI off and then restart) and wait 2-3 minutes for the MTREX network name to reappear. To retrieve your default password, press the sidebar twice and the password will appear on AMALFI screen. Enter the password under the MTREX network on your device Wi-Fi list and join the network. If you are still having trouble connecting, please go to the website and contact a representative using Live Chat or amalfi@mtrexsolutions.com. 70. HOW MANY DEVICES CAN I CONNECT TO MY AMALFI? With one AMALFI unit, you can connect up to 10 users/devices. When you connect the AMALFI to your computer, the Device Management Tool will upload automatically. On the HOME page you can view all the devices connected to your AMALFI. Under the SETTINGS tab you can change the number of devices allowed to connect to your AMALFI simultaneously. 71. WHAT RANGE DOES THE AMALFI HAVE? When using the AMALFI Service, a connected user can be approximately 1,500 ft. away from the unit. Please note, this is an approximation and may vary depending on your surroundings and conditions. 72. DOES THE AMALFI COME WITH A WARRANTY? Please visit or contact your Retailer or Distributor for their warranty policy.

13 73. WHAT DO THE SYMBOLS ON THE AMALFI DISPLAY MEAN? 74. HOW DO I INSERT A SIM CARD INTO THE AMALFI? To insert the SIM card correctly, push down and up on back casing (see arrow). Under the battery you will see a metal gate on bottom right hand corner of device. When sliding in the SIM card, ensure SIM is facing downward and ICCID number of SIM is facing upward. Be sure notch of the SIM card is positioned on the top left hand corner. Put back battery and top casing. Power on AMALFI and join the network. 75. IS THE AMALFI LOCKED? The AMALFI unit does not lock. Please note, connecting to the network may typically take anywhere from 2-8 minutes. It can take longer depending on location. The AMALFI is programmed to revert to Sleep Mode when not being used. Be sure to keep the device awake during this initial 2-8 minutes connection. 76. HOW DO I CHANGE THE PASSWORD ON THE AMALFI? Once you connect your AMALFI to your computer the Device Management Tool will install to your computer automatically. Under the Settings tab you have the option to change your AMALFI Wi-Fi Password.
