HOW TRACKTIK CAN SUPPORT YOUR CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM To help your organization maximize its ROI in the shortest amount of time, our Customer Success team will share with you the best practices your people need as they work with the TrackTik platform. 3
4 Since your success is a journey, not a destination, we focus on the adoption and usage of our platform, not just on its implementation or deployment. To facilitate the management of change as your team adopts the TrackTik platform, we have found that setting a series of milestones on your postpurchase journey is a proven method for customer success. MILESTONES OF YOUR SUCCESS These are the four milestones: 1. WE IDENTIFY YOUR NEEDS To clearly identify your needs and continue the journey you have already started with us, we gather all the information our sales team has gathered during the pre-purchase process. 2. WE DEFINE YOUR MAIN GOAL We all like to know where we are going. Together, we define your main goal and the steps leading to it. By dividing up the integration into identifiable steps, we know from experience you will feel more comfortable and motivated to do your part. As we reach every step, we will clearly know and feel that we are progressing toward our main goal. You will not feel overwhelmed by the information. Because our platform can do so many things, it is important that we create this feeling of ease and satisfaction with the results. 4

Once you start using the tool to achieve the first desired outcomes, it is important that we monitor use and schedule coaching sessions to share best practices. 4. YOU PROVIDE FEEDBACK Once you start asking questions that reflect a deep understanding of the platform s basics, we will know you are comfortable enough to deepen your mastery. At this point, as partners in a mutually beneficial relationship, you can also provide valuable feedback to help improve our platform. Oral: Oral learners learn best by listening. Verbal: Verbal learners learn best by speaking and reading. Logical: Logical learners seek the reasons behind ideas and concepts Social Learners: Social learners learn best in groups or with other people. Solitary Learners: Solitary learners learn best on their own. COMPUTER HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS Screen Resolution - TrackTik has a responsive layout that will adjust to almost any screen resolution, even your smartphone or tablet. We strongly Recommend Google Chrome - Google Chrome is a fast Internet browser by Google, offering optimal performance and compliance level. 8
9 CHOOSING DEVICES AND DATA PLANS TrackTik does not use proprietary devices, providing you the freedom to choose the device and the service plan that makes the most sense for your operation. Choosing your phone devices and service plan are an important part of your integration. Good planning will allow you to reduce costs and increase your overall efficiency. The TrackTik Android smartphone app & IOS app offers the most complete set of features as the On-Site browser version offers the versatility of using any browser to complete reports. 9
10 This matrix can help you choose the best hardware solution for a site. WHAT TYPE OF OPERATION IS IT? MOBILE PATROL OR ROAD SUPERVISOR SITE GUARD OR CONCIERGE WILL THEY NEED DO PROPERTY /CHECKPOINT TOURS OR TRACK THEIR GPS ANDROID DEVICE + SERVICE PLAN IS THERE A STABLE CONNECTION AT THE PROPERTY OR AT THE REST STOP? DOES THE GUARD HAVE ACCESS TO A COMPUTER WITH INTERNET? WILL THE EMPLOYEE NEED TO RECEIVE AND PLACE PHONE CALLS? 11 DEVICES There are hundreds of possible Android devices on the market. Below is a checklist of the basic requirements. Android Version 4.0 and up NFC Hardware Feature: NFC is used to scan checkpoints on Android Solid protection case available or ruggedized phone (optional) For ios devices: ios Version 9.2 or later Only QR & barcode can be used to scan checkpoints on ios USING TRACKTIK AT A SITE FROM A WEB BROWSER Sites with access to a computer can benefit from most of the features that were previously reserved for the mobile application. If the site has access to a desktop, laptop or tablet and if checkpoint tours and GPS are not a necessity, then the On-Site License option is a great alternative. USING TRACKTIK OVER WIFI If you will be using TrackTik over WiFi only, you can use a no contract device. Refurbished phones are also a good option. CHOOSING A PHONE SERVICE PLAN AND PHONE CARRIER Phone carriers offer a variety of phone plans in a large range of prices. Answers you need to know. Your choice will depend on whether: You need to place and receive phone calls Whether your carrier offers data pool or group plans Whether your sites have a stable WiFi connection 11
12 GROUP PLAN/DATA POOL Most phone carriers now offer the possibility to share data among multiple devices. The price per device is around $10. If you don t need to make outgoing or receive incoming phone calls, it is usually possible to put a data only SIM card into an Android or ios phone to use the group plan/data pool. This option will reduce your phone plan cost to approximately $10 per device. 14 LOGO AND BRANDING ADD YOUR LOGO TO DOCUMENTS Reports s and other communications from TrackTik can be customized by going to settings>view all>company name/address>logos. PROVIDE PORTAL LOGO TO TRACKTIK Please remember to provide us with a high resolution logo or outlined vectorial with transparent background to customize your login page, if you have not already done so. 14
