2 1 Virtusa BYOD Program The Virtusa BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) program allows all Virtusa employees to access corporate data and applications from Apple and Android mobile devices using Intune secure Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. The program is intended to provide access to Virtusa information whilst keeping your device secure without interfering with your personal information and settings. It also provides you the additional feature of wiping the device in situations where it is lost or stolen. 2 Prerequisites for Enrollment Devices should not be rooted/jail broken Devices should not be enrolled with any other Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution Minimum of 600 MB free space should be available in the device prior installation A Google ID is required and Wi-Fi connectivity is preferred for enrollment Configuration time will take around 15 minutes 3 Virtusa BYOD Portal The Virtusa BYOD portal provides a comprehensive view on the MDM solution provided by Virtusa for its employees. This portal will guide and assist employees in the entire journey of enrolling, managing and unenrolling devices. You can access this site by, Scanning the below QR code Typing byod.virtusa.com on your mobile device browser In addition to the information on default and featured apps available in the program, the BYOD portal is also equipped with videos and guides to assist you in enrolling devices. Before the enrollment process please review the terms of use available in the portal to understand what Virtusa can see and cannot see.

3 4 Intune MDM Enrollment Open Virtusa BYOD 01 Portal on device browser 02 Read and accept the Terms of Service Tick 03 Tap on Start the Enrollment

4 04 Tap on Install once Play Store opens Open the Comp Portal 05 app after download 06 Tap on Sign in Enter your Virtusa 07 address and tap Next 08 Enter the Virtusa password and Sign in 09 Tap on Continue

5 Read and tap on 10 Continue to proceed 11 Read and Tap on Next to proceed further 12 Tap on Allow Read and tap on 13 Activate to proceed 14 Tick and tap on Confirm Tap Done when its 15 complete

6 Slide from top to open 16 the Notification Center Tap on Microsoft 17 Outlook in notifications Tap on Install in Google 18 Play Store Tap on BT MeetMe in 19 notifications Tap on Install in Google 20 Play Store Tap on Intune Managed 21 Browser in notifications

7 Tap on Install in Google 22 Play Store Tap MS Authenticator in 23 notifications Tap on Install in Google 24 Play Store You will now see all the 25 default Corporate apps

8 5 Access App Store for More Apps Open Comp Portal on 26 your device Scroll to access a variety 27 of business apps

9 6 Microsoft Outlook Configuration Open the Outlook app on 28 your device 29 Tap on Get Started Enter your Virtusa 30 address & tap Continue

10 Tap Activate to activate 31 device administrator Read and tap on 32 Activate to proceed 33 Tap on Skip Tap on Skip or to 34 view Outlook features 35 Tap on Ok Set a passcode for 36 Outlook
