Ideal for the power user, Communicator lets workers find contacts quickly, send instant messages, start a voice or video call, join a conference, share files and screens, and much more. Communicator also integrates with the most common calendar and clients, ensuring that users can stay connected through one simple application to access all of their business needs. As with all UC-One apps, Communicator integrates your work phone number across all your devices. You can start a conversation on your laptop at work, seamlessly move the conversation to your mobile device, and then wrap it up at home without ever dropping the call. Forgot about carrying different devices for work and personal use. UC-One Communicator supports dual personas, letting you place and receive calls with your work number on your favorite device. Friends and family see one name and number while business associates see another. Looking to make real- time collaboration easier? Welcome to My Room, a virtual meeting space that is easy to join (just right click!) and begin an audio or video collaboration session, including chat and screen sharing. Others can join just as easily, including external participants. UC-One Communicator is supported on ios, OS-X, Windows and Android.

4 UC-One Communicator for Chrome UC-Communicator for Chrome was created to tap into the growing popularity of Google s Chrome OS, and is designed to complement the Google Chrome ecosystem. Chromebook sales have continued to show considerable year by year growth, growing by nearly 30% in 2015 alone. Users will have nothing to download and will never have to worry about software updates. They can log in from their Chromebook or any device that supports Chrome, and get immediate access to Communicator. This is ideal for workers in a Google cloud-based environment, providing simplified yet secure access to work communications from any desktop or laptop, even one that is not their own. UC-One Communicator for Chrome also integrates with Google Apps for Work, to share calendar presence status, and quickly look up and call contacts. This puts all business apps in one place for easy access, including all UC-One services that are available from any of the UC-One apps, including voice and video calls, individual and group chats, desktop and application sharing and "My Room", BroadSoft s always-on web collaboration tool for meetings. Whether going through security, sitting in a cab, or stuck in a noisy lobby, messaging with your team can often be more productive and efficient than talking. Easy on the battery, the UC-One Connect app is perfect for seeing who is online and reaching out to get immediate information. UC-One Connect retains all contacts and favorites that are found in the full-featured UC-One Communicator app, making it easy to switch between apps. Users can also easily click on the contact to start a voice call, which uses the native dialer on the smartphone, and displays the business number. Incoming calls offer the same experience.
