Program for stack solutions Program s name: IBT-DATA-STACK End Customer benefits: Customer is entitled to a discount against Alcatel-Lucent WPL to help ALU Ethernet LAN switch replacement Discount value is based on new solution purchased according to the following rules $500 or 400 for the purchase of an OmniSwitch ports version $1000 or 800 for the purchase of an OmniSwitch ports version or an OmniSwitch 6850 (1) 24 ports version of $1500 or 1200 for the purchase of an OmniSwitch 6850 (1) 48 ports version Business Partner benefits The Business Partner is granted an exceptional flat 62% discount for the eligible Alcatel-Lucent references. 6 IBT-DATA-STACK program Rules (2) The End User is entitled to the discount only to replace already installed switches The End customer must produce a Destruction/Donation/End of Use certificate listing replaced pieces of equipment and pass it to the Alcatel- Lucent Business Partner. The Business Partner must send the certificate to Alcatel-Lucent via not later than 1 month after his order at Supportcenter.ebg@alcatellucent.com using the format detailed in the program description document The Business Partner has to select the promo code IBT-STACK-EURO or IBT- STACK-DOLLAR according to its contractual currency when ordering its shopping cart through ebuy. Same process as for Frame Agreements The special 62% discount applies only on the eligible references. 11 IBT DATA CHASSIS program rules (1) When replacing an OmniSwitch 7000 with an OmniSwitch 9000-CB, the Business Partner will get the OmniSwitch 9000-CB chassis bundle for $1/1. Depending on the OmniSwitch 9000-CB or OS9000E CB model, the new configuration must include a minimum number of modules to benefit from the promotional conditions according to the following rules: OmniSwitch 9600: 2 modules OmniSwitch 9700/9700E: 3 modules OmniSwitch 9800/9800E: 4 modules The special pricing applies only to the chassis bundle. The mandatory additional modules are purchased under standard contractual conditions To benefit from the special conditions, the Business Partner must declare in advance the existing configuration and the replacing configuration using the attached form.
