4 Start of Installa:on Type in hop:// :18080/pbxadmin hit the enter buoon You will be asked for the User and Password: Enter the following: User: Config Password: Admin A page of extensions will appear on the screen. When it does so, A list of choices will be shown on the leh hand side under the header MOT/Mini. Select Network Seing that is highlighted on Orange. Then select WAN connec:on des:na:on. Select Other and hit next. (See examples in the next two slides) 4

7 Seing Network IP Address s You will now go to Seing Network Address in White and set up as a sta:c IP address in the pull down menu These are the IP address for the ATT U-verse Pace Router in the next slide. The default gateway for the ATT Router is It will be different for other cable carrier or separate router models 7

9 Mot/Mini Installa:on This step will establish the extensions for the Mot/Mini. You will now go to the menu on the leh and hit (Extension Func:on (IP-PBX Seing). Hit Extension Number/Specific Seing in Yellow and then hit extension number/virtual seing in white. See the next slide. This slide shows the extensions for the office phone, pc, and iphone mobile device. You will select the edit func:on to create the informa:on for each extension. You will be asked the following informa:on. Extension #, then name (create name as you desire), then password (will be Ext #) In this configura:on the extensions are as listed. 302 is the Mot/pc 320 is the Linksys Gateway 811 is the global number for the Iphone 820 was established to make a test call Next slides show what would look like aher you select the device and pull down the telephone type (Gateway, Mot/Phone, Mot/Iphone) You must save each entry upon entering the informa:on 9

13 Create PSTN Line to Voice Gateway Go to External Func:on Seing. Move down to ISDN external func:on seings and select Connec:on seing of external PSTN gateway. You will create PSTN Gateway1 with the Connec:on des:na:on address and Sip Domain. The IP Address will be shown in the next The Connec:on Point will be Lan Port. You must click the seing buoon and then click on register the number. Upon clicking on registering number you will see the next slide and enter the telephone number informa:on. Click on the add or state buoon when completed. Upon seeing the informa:on as shown restart the Mot/Mini. Move down to the maintenance func:on and hit restart un:l the Mot/mini comes back up. This will take 3 to 5 minutes for the screen to return. 13

17 Next Step is seing up the Voice Gateway Unplug Ethernet cable from Mot/Mini and plug in the cable to the Linksys Gateway. Cable should be in the yellow port. You will type in hop:// and the set up screen will appear as shown in the next slide. These are seing that will be set to be compa:ble with the Mot/ mini and the ATT U-verse Router. You will then Select the Wan Port, the select the Admin Login, then select advanced. You will then move to Internet Connec:on Seings. These seing should match the seings that was establish with the Mot/Mini. See Second Slide from Linksys. These IP address s match the MOT for the ATT U-verse. When changing any of the informa:on make sure you save all changes When you change the Sta:c IP, you will type in hop:// and con:nue to seings. 17

You will need to add the Mot/Mini to the router as a port forward. follow the instruc:ons of this you tube video. Need to apply a router with these seings. Each Manufacture has a different mechanism on how to port forward. 32 Ac:vate MOT/mini To ac:vate your MOT/Mini, please send listed your name, phone number and serial # on the side of MOT/Mini to mot.registra:on@office24system.com. Plug Ethernet Cable from Lan Port from the Mot/Mini to Ethernet Port of PC Open Browser (Explorer or Google Chrome) Type in :18080/cgi-bin/ddns/dynamicdns.cgi using your browser. 33 Add On s to configura:on for Basic Set Up Virtual Recep:onist Set Up See the next slide to where you are able to record your office message. The next slide will show you where to click to create the latest recording. You must check the box each :me you make a new recording. Dial *25 from your office phone to record and follow the prompt. Hang up when recording is complete. Dial *26 to listen to your recording. Example of recording: Thank You for calling XYZ Company, if you wish to reach John dial ext. 302, leave a voice mail dial ext 301, or to check the status of an order, dial ext 303: Then dial *26 to verify your recording. You must ensure that you save your recording. See where the save buoon is located on the next screen. 33

35 Voice Mail Seings For each extension that you set up set the following slide will show you how to ac:vate voice mail. Then we will show you where to set up your voice mail message. You will have 6 selec:ons for your message. In this case we have select extension 301 as the general voice mail box. This mail box will be used for all messages. As shown in the next slide you will enter as the des:na:on if the phone is not answered and how may seconds (:me of answer) the phone will ring before going to voice mail. The following slide will then show where to select the pull down to select the voice mail message. In this case, telephone answer 1 and use the pull down for tone2. (General Message) Choice of 6 messages When checking voice mail you will dial 92 and follow the prompts. The password will be the ext # and follow the prompts to change if you desire. 35

36 Configura:on Add on for Caller-ID This box must be checked for caller-id of in-coming caller to be iden:fied. If not, the extension # that was established will show on your phone. * should be placed in the PSTN Caller ID PaOern. This is done when you set up your Voice Gateway. See Slide 30 in PTSN Setup 36

40 Installa:on of Smart Phones The following are the basic steps for install on an Iphone Download from app store and open and follow the following IOS instruc:ons. Allow access to loca:on, microphone, no:fica:ons contacts. You want to start with 811 as global phone number, 811 as the password. The proxy address is provided by registra:on . If you want to start with 311 as local phone number, 311 as the password and the proxy address

42 Smart Phone Set Up Key Notes: When check if you can receive a phone call or call out on your smartphone from your office number you need to register the phone first with your Wi-Fi should be off first, then check your Wi-Fi. Should be able to dial from either mode once the extension is registered. You will see a green logo beside your ext of 811. Should look like this. 42
