2 Officeserv 7200 Samsung has released the bigger, faster and feature- rich OfficeServ 7200 converged plakorm, demonstra+ng a con+nued commitment to advancing communica+ons and mee+ng the needs of its enterprise end- users. The Samsung OfficeServ 7200 converged communica+ons plakorm offers a feature rich voice, data and wireless solu+ons for the small to medium size enterprise. Although the 7200 can func+on as a standard key telephone system, PBX, or hybrid, it offers much more. The OfficeServ 7200 communica+ons solu+ons designed to provide data router and switching func+ons (LAN/WAN), standard digital voice processing as well as voice over IP protocol, wireless communica+ons, voice mail (with gateway, computer telephony integra+on (CTI), and much more in a single powerful plakorm. The OfficeServ 7200 offers a variety of interface cards that allow connec+on to the public telephone network or to private networks. The OfficeServ 7200 telephone system features several VoIP telephones for remote, off site loca+ons or connec+on to the OS7200 from any loca+on with a high- speed network connec+on. In addi+on the Samsung OfficeServ 7200 has a robust WLAN solu+on that features the sleek and stylish SMT VoIP Wireless Handset. There are also a variety of tradi+onal digital telephone keysets. The Officeserv 7200 system is available in two versions. The 7200s intended for a up to a maximum of 60 users. The 7200 is expandable up to 128 users.
3 Unified Messaging Systems features Fully synchronized UMS Single and efficient toolbar interface with Outlook gives employees one- stop control over mul+ple message formats. Voic s, s and faxes are all labeled, routed, synchronized and stored per individual user preference. Advanced text- to- speech capabili+es allow users to dial into their mailboxes and have their messages read to them by the IP- UMS server (in a choice of languages if required). Incoming faxes can be received on the PC and documents can be faxed right from your desktop. Administrators can log into a convenient web- accessed administra+on page and manage system changes remotely.
4 Auto A<endant OfficeServ IP- UMS Automated A^endant can serve as a 24 hour recep+onist, ensuring that calls are efficiently routed to the appropriate person or department. Callers may also dial another extension number, transfer to an operator, accessing pre- recorded and stored informa+on, or connect to voic box. Flexible management op+ons let you easily create new professional gree+ngs or call queue messages using pre- recorded wav files. OfficeServ IP- UMS also allows changes to Auto A^endant configura+on, rou+ng op+ons, and des+na+ons seangs to be easily made from the browser based administra+on page. New Gree+ngs may also be created by typing in your new gree+ng and the Text- to- Speech engine will read out the message for you.
5 Personalized Voic With the aid of either voice instruc+ons or the screen prompts on the OfficeServ handset LCD screen, the OfficeServ Voic puts the user in control. Employees can easily navigate Samsung the Voic features, record their own personal gree+ngs and they are alerted to new messages via a message wai+ng lamp, the LCD screen of their OfficeServ handset, cell phone or pager. The Samsung OfficeServ Voic goes one step further, allowing users to intelligently route callers with different gree+ngs and employing call rou+ng based on +me of day, day of week, caller ID and Direct Dial Inward (DDI).
6 SVMI Features Operator Access Callers may connect with an available operator any +me by dialing 0. Answering Machine EmulaGon: This feature allows the mailbox owner to monitor calls being lef in the voice mail box, using the speaker of your Officeserve phone set. It func+ons very much like screening a call on your home answer machine. Date and Time Stamp Each message you receive will be stamped with the +me and date of its arrival. Message NoGficaGon When you have messages in your mailbox, you may be alerted on your cell phone, home phone or any other phone. Personal Mailbox AdministraGon mailbox owners may change seangs for your mailbox at any +me you like. Personalize the gree+ng that callers will hear, your name, password and no+fica+on op+ons. Keyset Display: The Officeserv telephone set displays prompts from the voice mail system. An indica+on on your keyset tells you when you have new messages. Press one bu^on to connect with your voice mail. New / Old SelecGon When you access your mailbox you may chose to listen to either new or old messages.
7 SVMI Features Auto A<endant: Auto A^endant allows all or some calls to be answered automa+cally. Prompts are recorded to suit your par+cular business and main gree+ngs and prompts can change for off hours, and holiday answering. AlphabeGc Directory: Callers who do not know the extension number of the person they wish to speak to can connected by entering the first few le^ers of the persons name. Voice Mail Transfer: Allows calls to be sent directly to mail boxes without ringing the users phone. Direct Messaging/Quick Memo Easily leave a message for yourself or another person without calling the extension first. Phantom Mailbox You may have mailboxes on the system that do not have associated sta+ons. This is ideal for employees outside the office that require a mailbox on the office system. Caller ID CompaGble Caller ID informa+on is saved with the message. MulGple Language Support System and mailbox prompts can be individually set to a specific language. 12 languages are available.

9 How VoIP Works: At a Glance With VoIP, analog voice calls are converted into packets of data. The packets travel like any other type of data, such as e- mail, over the public Internet and/or any private Internet Protocol (IP) network. Using a VoIP service, you can call a landline or a mobile phone. You can also call computer- to- computer, with both par+es speaking into a computer microphone and listening through computer speakers or headsets. (Skype)
