Please see figure 2 Special port settings.
3.1.2 Extensions Extensions item within Tools lists all extensions, and gives options for creating new extensions, and exporting the list of extensions in CSV format (Picture 6). PICTURE 6 EXTENSIONS Under the Actions column, there is the option for editing and deleting extensions. Clicking the Bulk Add opens a form for automatic creation of new extensions (Picture 7 and 8). Afterwards it is necessary to adjust passwords for created extensions. When adding new extension, Number represents number that will be used to make connection to that extension. Secret is password for logging into extension from device that will be assigned to extension. Enable incoming DID (Direct inward call) also called DDI (direct dial-in) is a telecommunication service offered by telephone companies to subscribers who operate a private branch exchange (PBX) system. The feature provides service for multiple telephone numbers over one or more analog or digital physical circuits to the PBX, transmits the dialed telephone number to the PBX so that a PBX extension is directly accessible for an outside caller, possibly by-passing an auto-attendant. Option Export allows exporting extensions in CSV (Comma separated value) format, likewise option Import allows importing extension configuration, also in CSV format. Welcome All option sends welcome to all extensions that have added address in their configuration, or for single extension it can be done by clicking letter icon under action column.
Under the Actions column there are five options, from left to right: 1. Quick clone creates another extension with same configuration as chosen one, just extension number needs to be changed 2. Edit change extension configuration 3. Delete deletes extension 4. Send welcome sends welcome to that is entered in extension configuration 5. Disable extension disables extension, and it can t make or receive calls, or be connected to There is also Test Call which is enabled by calling *100 on device (typically door station). This call gives back extension of that device. PICTURE 7 ADD NEW EXTENSIONS BULK ADD (1)

3.1.3 Trunks SIP trunking is a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and streaming media service based on the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) by which Internet telephony service providers (ITSPs) deliver telephone services and unified communications to customers equipped with SIP-based private branch exchange (IP-PBX) and Unified Communications facilities. On the pictures (Picture 11. and 12.) below is form for creating a trunk. - provisional name of trunk - enter username provided by your telecom company - enter the password provided by your telecom company - enter host address provided by your telecom company - enter port - enter domain - if there is more than one number on trunk pleas enter - choose between 4 options - no

3.1.4 Groups Clicking on Groups lists all extension groups (Picture 13). Extensions can be put in groups, where if Isolation is set to be true, all extensions from that group cannot communicate with extensions from other groups. Also in extensions tab there is option to export CSV (coma separated value) file where group can be chosen, and CSV file will be exported only from extensions of that group (Picture 15). Default group number is 999. Choosing AddNew opens window for creating a new group (Picture 14). PICTURE 13 GROUPS PICTURE 14 ADD NEW GROUP
PICTURE 15 EXPORT CSV FILE FROM GROUP
3.1.5 Ring groups Ring groups item within Tools lists all ring groups, and gives options for creating new call groups. Clicking on New Paging or New Ring Group opens form for creating new ring group (Picture 16). There are four types of Ring Strategy: 1. Ring All - calls all extensions in ring group. When one answers calls to other extensions end. 2. Prioritized Hunt - rings one by one extension, in order they are put in Group Members. 3. Paging - calls all extensions, clients which support paging answer immediately, while other need to answer. Call is broadcasted on all extensions. 4. Paging Multicast - Without the PBX being involved in the page, multicast paging allows you to send pages to groups of phones directly. The advantage to this method is that the multicast page is a single SIP call instead of a multiple-party conference call, and with this all phones are programmed to listen to broadcast address. This benefits workload placed on PBX, especially when a large number of devices are involved. PICTURE 16 ADD NEW RING GROUP
3.1.6 Scheduler Scheduler allows creation of multiple schedule times for extension or call groups. First option is to choose starting and ending date. Clicking on Add Ring Time creates alarm time where user chooses time. Bulk add gives option to create multiple alarm times by entering time, number of rings, and period between rings. Also user can upload and choose sound which will be played on alarm time. Action Extension allows to choose which extension or ring group will play given sound. PICTURE 17 ADD NEW SCHEDULER
3.1.7 Active Calls Clicking on Active Calls lists all active calls (Picture 18). PICTURE 18 ACTIVE CALLS 3.2 Settings In Settings you can adjust Network Settings, Sip Settings, and SIP Config.
3.2.1 Network Settings In Network Settings user can adjust IP address, Netmask, Gateway, and DNS of a SIP server. Default settings are provided in Picture 19. PICTURE 19 NETWORK SETTINGS
3.2.2 Sip Settings In Sip Settings, system settings for SIP protocol can be adjusted (Picture 20). If user wants to enable external access, first ports on router should be forward according to UDP Port, RTP Start, RTP End. After that check Enable External Access. If user has static IP address, enter it in External Host field, otherwise we can provide that with FQDN licence. To enable external access to desired Extensions, in Edit Extension NAT must be enabled, and Directmedia must be disabled. Your firewall shouldn t forbid communication on ports UDP and 3080 TCP. See picture on page 2.

Change Password (Picture 23). 6. Upload Licence - License can be uploaded by entering the string or uploading the license file (Picture 24). After the successful upload of the license, information will be shown in lower right part of screen. Additional License information will show up in the Information section of the Dashboard. In addition, change in the number of extensions and trunks will be visible if they had been affected by the new licence. Video playback can also be enabled with the additional licence. 7. System Upgrade - upgrade system from the file; 8. Provisioning group (Integra Configuration) creates configuration for INTEGRA application (Picture 25. and Picture 26.).
