1 Internet Services Provider Management, Related Technology Restrictions and Procurement Process Overview (Revised June 2012) There are many issues to consider in selecting and procuring ISP for use in the Chinle Unified School District # 24: Evidence and research base of its effectiveness of the Service. Proposals are done based on an approved design, effective and cost effective without downgrading services in place already and may consult with a second opinion. Suitability for Technical Staff and IT administrators needs resulted on an Engineering design and both teams agree on reliable for the next few years. total cost of ownership (purchase, subscription, installation, maintenance, licenses) platform compatibility and system overhead. Project change should be done based on mutual agreement on Engineering design benefiting CUSD # 24 IT department Services. Internet bidders or future CUSD # 24 partners must comply will standards and guidelines already in place Servicing CUSD # 24 Staff, users, administrators and parents. CUSD # 24 Technology is standardized with Cisco, Dell, HP, and runs its own finance system and it is a requirement to have fully qualified personnel or Engineers on each field posted on devices to even request a meeting with the CUSD # 24 IT department for future proposals y any of the group of devices posted.
