4 User consideration Power switch is in the "on" position and operate it after 3 seconds for stable using of product. Place this instrument horizontally and evenly with the ground and on nonslip table because if it is on high speed of mixing, the main body could be shaken. USER CONSIDERATION Heavy Do not leave a heavy object on the tube rack. It could be fatal defects because of giving too much stress to mixing motor. Be careful not to drop any chemical liquid on the instrument to prolong the life if the instrument. * never drop PEG because it could be reason for the paint on the surface to be peeled off. Environmental conditions - Indoor use. - Environment temperature 5 to Maximum relative humidity 80% for temperatures up to 31 decreasing linearly to 50% relative humidity at Mains supply voltage fluctuations not to exceed ±10% of the nominal voltage. - Other supply voltage fluctuations as stated by the manufacturer. - Transient overvoltages according to installation categories. 3

5 User operation 1 This section summarizes operation procedures for FINEPCR`s THERMO MICROMIXER controlling the temperature and the mixing movement. 2 20V Check the name rating plate for the correct voltage, then plug the power cord into the receptacle on back of the instrument. 5 After 1second, the current TEMPERATURE is displayed on and the setting TEMPERATURE is displayed on. (This is normal MODE) USER OPERATION 2 Plug the power cord into the wall receptacle p 0 In order to set the desired TEMPERATURE, press MODE key for 1.5seconds then p is displayed on and the rightmost FND blink on then stop pressing MODE key. Unless stop pressing MODE key, the setting return to normal MODE 3 Hometer power Turn the power On/OFF control button to position 'ON'. 7 p 0000 At this step, for example to set 45, when press MOVE Key each TIME, the rightmost FND blink moves into left. Press MOVE key till the rightmost FND blink moves into the second place of right. TEMPERATURE range can be set per p A - 13 temperature/time speed When switch turn on, p (the type of sensor) is displayed A on and - 13(software vision)is displayed on for 1second. 8 p 0050 When press UP key, the displayed figure increases one by one then press UP key continuously till the displayed figure reaches at 5. 4

6 User operation 9 This section summarizes operation procedures for FINEPCR`s THERMO MICROMIXER controlling the temperature and the mixing movement. p The figure should be displayed at to use MOVE, UP and DOWN key. 12 Press MODE key once again after the setting of BEEP sound time then the screen return to the step of no.3. Then the setting TEMPERATURE is displayed on. All of TEMPERATURE, TIME and beep sound time setting are finished. You should return to normal MODE. Press MODE key for 1.5seconds and stop pressing MODE key when normal MODE has been returned. USER OPERATION 10 I e I e 0000 Press MODE key once again after the setting of the TEMPERATURE then is displayed on and is displayed on. TIME range can be set to 99 Hours 59minutes. Two positions of the front are hour and next two positions are Minute. The method of TIME setting is the same as the method of TEMPERATURE setting. 13 When normal MODE has been returned, press RUN key for 1.5seconds as per the shown picture then RUN lamp is on and TEMPERATURE rises in beginning. Then if the TIME has been set, TIME lamp will be on till to reach the setting TEMPERATURE and the TIME lamp will blink when the TEMPERATURE has reached the setting TEMPERATURE. Then you can know the timer is being operated well. Unless the TIME is sets, TIME lamp is not on. 11 P Eep 0000 Press MODE key once P again after TIME setting then Eep is displayed on and P 0000 is displayed on. Eep sound time can be set to 9999seconds. The method of BEEP sound time setting is the same as the method of TEMPERATURE setting and TIME setting. 14 HEAT lamp let you know that power is supplying the heater normally while the unit is running. 5

7 User operation 15 This section summarizes operation procedures for FINEPCR`s THERMO MICROMIXER controlling the temperature and the mixing movement. If the TIME is set and you want to see the set value while the unit is running, press MOVE key once then will be changed setting TEMPERATURE to TIME. The TIME displayed on the screen is reminder TIME and make it a rule to subtraction. 18 temperature/time speed - Open door - simple silicon holders allow quick and easy fitting of micro well plates and optional rack for 1.5ml centrifuge tube USER OPERATION 16 E p After the setting TIME has passed. End is displayed on and the setting BEEP sound beeps for the setting BEEP sound time. Then press stop key BEEP sound will be stopped. Also, all functions will be stopped and will return to normal MODE Close door 1. Temperature/Time 2. Speed 17 Press RUN key for 1.5seconds at normal mode. The existing setting TEMPERATURE, TIME and BEEP sound time are kept in memory. Therefore, the unit will be operated as the same method before. If you want to change the setting TEMPERATURE, TIME and BEEP sound time, please start to reset all of the setting value from the step of NO Speed fast Setting mixing speed (300~1600rpm) 21 rpm tachometer 0000 LDE display for shown actual speed. 6

9 Maintenance and Cleaning Always unplug the instrument before you start cleaning it. Never immerse the appliance in water. Never use the instrument if the plug, the cord or the instrument itself is damaged. The equipment is maintenance-free. Clean the surfaces of the rocker. Water containing a surfactant detergent additive.. Isopropylalcohol MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING. Turn the power ON/OFF control button to position OFF. Pull the mains plug off. Clean the surfaces of this instrument 8

10 Faulty running 1. The current and setting temperature is different. - temperature bar may not corrected. After testing the inside temperatures with several temp. bars at the same time, you could calibrate by referring calibrating temperature section of technical specification. FAULTY RUNNING 2. After turning on the power switch, The LED of the temperature controller could not display current temp. - In this case, the electronic fuse is broken. If you see the back of the unit the fuse box could be seen. After detaching the box as the pictures. It is very easy to change the fuse, spare fuse remove used fuse. If the equipment have other defects, It should be informed to an authorised servicing agent. 9
