4 Operational Value A Distributed Architecture has something for everyone: CONFIGURABLE application in a programmable platform Performs Well optimization in Manual Control, Intermitter, Advanced Intermitter and Plunger SCALABLE to accommodate single wells or large multi-well pads. Offers the OPERATOR complete visibility to all aspects of the application with an easy to navigate local interface. There is a plunger arrival record so he can see what s happened in previous cycles. Offers the AUTOMATION / SCADA TECHNICIAN access to traditional operational data, custody transfer EFM, a configurable platform extendable as a PLC for other site requirements, allows standardization and rapid deployment using templates and easy migration with existing automation hardware.

5 Operational Value A Distributed Architecture has something for everyone: Offers the PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR assurance with regulatory requirements (VRU, gas detection, flare, etc..) as well as timely production data for delivery commitments and forecasting. Offers the PRODUCTION ANALYST high resolution data for all operational measurements and a detailed plunger arrival log. It has a proven optimization methodologies including critical flow, flow permissives, overrides and resides on a proven hardware platform. Offers the ASSET MANAGER an infrastructure for same day flow back on new drills maximizing new gas opportunities. Empowers and enforces standardization of processes where a future proof platform prepares them for what s next in production optimization.

8 Original pilot well drilled to test the formation was easily integrated into the new architecture.

9 Each Quad Separator house contains 4 Multi-Variable Transmitter Controllers. Each measures gas, liquid turbines and controls the sales valve with well optimization control (plunger, intermitter, safety shutdown)

10 Liquids storage tanks measuring interface, level and temperature.

11 Once the rig slides to drill the next well, the frac head is instrumented allowing measurement of gas during flow back while providing tubing and casing pressures to the drilling engineers for added value far beyond the norm. The pad is Div 1 until the rig leaves the site.

13 Once completed the arrival sensor is installed.

14 When all wells are completed, the pad is left nice and clean with zero trenching to the wellheads. Later, when a well gets a work over, there is high probability the instrumentation will not be damaged improving the total cost of ownership for this Producer.
