7 DIAL TYPE AIR GAUGE - DTA 1 Model 1 A gives most economical solution to inspection needs High speed of response and self cleaning of gauging area ensures accurate reading of parameters High accuracy and linearity Non-contact gauging so, no or minimum frictional wear. Requires Two setting masters for correct linear setting Minimum line pressure requires 4.5 bars Air consumption 50 LPM Every gauge carries a calibration certificate The new air saver can easily pay for itself in a short time. Measurement with air is still a very stable and accurate way to inspect parts. Instead of having the air supply on continuously, the air saver can control when and how long the air will remain on. It will automatically time out or shut off the air when the gage is not being used. You can connect this instrument to your existing air gauge unit, even dial type air gauge. AIR TRANDUCERS These tranducers precisely manufactured for the use in Dial type air gauges or Air electronic gauges. Two setting knobs are provided for precise control of air for setting. Tranducers without flow control valves are also available for 1.50mm and 2.07mm of jets of air gauge. 7

9 SPC MODULES (PRO 1.1) One of the key features of the Pro Gauging and SPC Software is the customization of the screens used for measurement. This software can use digital pictures of actual gauges or parts to assist the operator in following the sequential steps to measure a part and collect data. Instructions are also displayed at the top of each screen instructing the operator. These two features make the software very easy to use and follow. 10 Plain Plug Guages Cylindrical plain ring gages are used to check outside diameters of parts as well as for mastering measuring instruments. Plain ring gages are used to set electronic bore gages, air gages, internal micrometers and length measuring instruments. Plain ring gages are ideal for gaging the outside diameter of parts. The go ring gage is used to verify the high limit of the part and the no go plain ring gage is used to verify the low limit ofthe part Manufacturing Capabilities:- 1. Plain Ring Gauges 6mmto150mm 2. X as per ASME B Plain Plug Guages Cylindrical plain plug gages may be used for gauging hole sizes to determine if the hole is within the upper and lower limits of the product tolerance. The hole size can be determined by using GO and NOGO plug gauges. The go gage is used to verify the low limit. The no go gage is used to verify the up per limit. The correct use of go and no go gages eliminates the requirement of complex and expensive measuring instruments. Inspection using fixed limit go/no go cylindrical plug gauges requires only basic training.
