3 IECEx Certificate Certificate No: IECEx UL X Issue No: 7 Date of Issue: Page 3 of 4 Schedule EQUIPMENT: Equipment and systems covered by this certificate are as follows: A10 Series C, A13 Series C, A17 Series C, A4 Series C, A4LXT Series, A5XT Series and C, A7 Series C, A7LXTSeries, A7XT Series and C, and A10XT are modular components of the Allenradley ControlLogix industrial control system. It provides physical mounting, bonding to the system protective earth equipment grounding conductor, bonding to the system functional ground conductor, limited energy power supply distribution conductors, and digital data transfer and system interconnection conductors for all of the plugin modules of the system. Please see Annex for additional information. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF USE: YES as shown below: This equipment shall be mounted in an IECEx Zone 2 certified enclosure with a minimum ingress protection rating of at least IP54 (as defined in IEC 60529) and used in an environment of not more than Pollution Degree 2 (as defined in IEC ) when applied in Zone 2 environments. The enclosure must be accessible only by the use of a tool. Provision shall be made to prevent the rated voltage from being exceeded by transient disturbances of more than 140% of the rated voltage when applied in Zone 2 environments. This equipment must be used only with IECEx certified Rockwell Automation backplanes. Do not disconnect equipment unless power has been removed or the area is known to be nonhazardous. The instruction in the user manual shall be observed.
