5 SCHEDULE SUPPLEMENTARY TYPE EXAMINATION CERTIFICATE NUMBER ITS13ATEX47876X/1 VARIATION 1 Description of the Variation to the Equipment or Protective System. To permit the following change(s): - Model 1440-DYN02-01RJ is being added to the certificate. This model is the same as the previous model (1440- SDM02-01RA) aside from it not having a relay and the firmware for the product being different. The 1440-SDM02-01RA is also being updated with some internal component changes to the board. Drawings are updated to showcase the changes. Model 1440-DYN02-01RJ is being added to the certificate with the following markings: Report No.: II 3 G Ex na IIC T4 Gc -20 Ta +70 C Intertek Report Ref.: BOX-001a-c Dated: 04 December 2015 Conditions of Certification (a). Special Conditions for safe use Provisions shall be made to prevent the rated supply and relay voltage from being exceeded by transient disturbances of 140% in accordance with Clause 13 of Standard EN :2010. The equipment shall be installed in an ATEX certified enclosure with a minimum degree of protection of IP54 in accordance with EN :2010. The enclosure must be tool-secured. The local service temperature after installation shall not exceed the rated ambient temperature range of the equipment. The equipment (XM-124 Dynamic Measurement Module) is certified and approved for use only with the XM- 940 (1440-TB-A series C) terminal base unit, certified under ATEX certificate ITS13ATEX47877X. The equipment (1440-DYN02-01RJ Dynamic Measurement Module) is certified and approved for use only with the 1440-TBS-J series A terminal base unit, certified under ATEX certificate DEMKO14ATEX1361X. (b). Conditions of Manufacture No routine tests required. Essential Health and Safety Requirements (EHSR s) See original certificate, the listed change to the Equipment or Protective System has not altered compliance.
