It features a pump drive, a level transmitter, solenoid valve control jacks, two relays, and a 24 V dc power supply. 5 Level-Process Module The Level-Process Module includes a submersible variable-speed pump that displaces water from a reservoir up to a cylindrical container. A manual and a solenoid valve as well as an array of switches and sensors (adjustable and fixed float switches, capacitive switch, and an optional Level Sensor with Instrumentation and Control schemes. Level control (On-Off and PID (with optional level sensor)), and batch process are covered. 6 Optional Equipment Description Push Buttons and Lights (Optional) The Push Buttons and Lights module features two NO and one NC momentary push buttons, as well as three LED indicator lights. The module can be used to implement a Start/ Pause/Stop station with indicator lights.
