4 Factory Installed Avenir Powerway 1. When installing panels with factory installed powerways, it is important to locate the yellow tape on the base trim. The yellow tape must always be on your right side as you face the panel. This will insure proper powerway to powerway connections after assembling your panels. KNOCKOUT BASE TRIM RETAINER SPRING YELLOW TAPE 2. To install a powerway into a panel remove the base trim and attach with (2) nuts (provided). FLAG CONNECTOR Field Installed Avenir Powerway NUT 60" powerway only. Factory & field installation. Mount powerway using 'A' portion of slot. WHIP LOCATION K A Page 4 of 7

5 Factory Installed kick Powerway 1. When installing panels with factory installed powerways, it is important to locate the yellow tape on the base trim. The yellow tape must always be on your right side as you face the panel. This will insure proper powerway to powerway connections after assembling your panels. 6 Powerway to Powerway Connections 1. Before starting this step, refer to Steelcase Installation Directions for Avenir basic panel assembly and for kick basic panel assembly. 2-WAY JUNCTION To make powerway to powerway connection, push flag end into the predetermined J-connector.
