5 Developing energies Initiate territories energy revolution, digitise, decentralise and decarbonise energies, develop a sustainable and diversified energy mix, secure the energy supply, save resources. Design, implement and maintain renewable energy production facilities both in France and abroad, improve the security of nuclear facilities (engineering, installation and maintenance), design, build and maintain very high-voltage transmission and energy lines and networks; design, build and maintain high-voltage transformer stations, design and deploy Smart Grids. Smart Grid, storage and flywheels In Toulouse, ENGIE Ineo is testing a smart network. It improves the balance between electrical energy production and use, and connects all facilities continuously: those which consume, those which produce and those which store. This smart network, one of the first in France, minimises energy loss via direct current connections between these facilities. Flywheels have been installed, in addition to lithium batteries, to store energy mechanically and stabilise the network. Development of uses. Controlled and intelligent use of stored energy. l 06 l l 07 l Storing solar energy In Alata, in South Corsica, the Solar Smart Grid designed and deployed by ENGIE Ineo does not only produce solar energy but also makes it possible to store this energy when a lot is produced, thus guaranteeing a stable and controlled supply over the network. Innovation at the service of the energy revolution, for a smart renewable energy storage solution. Energy security in Monaco Located far from production centres, the Principality of Monaco needs to reinforce its energy security. To do so, ENGIE Ineo is building the Industrial Electrical Substation for SMEG s 3 rd source substation. Aimed at converting the current to supply it to users, this will enable the Principality to increase by 50% its electrical supply capacity. The project includes the construction of three new buildings, the extension and renovation of an existing building, and operation and maintenance of the site for 27 years. 7 Reinventing mobility Develop public transports and favour intermodal connections, reduce greenhouse gas emissions in transports, promote new sustainable modes of transport that improve users quality of life, improve urban traffic fluidity. Build new urban and railway transport infrastructures (railway and road signage, LAC), improve the performance of existing infrastructures (electrification, catenaries), improve service quality (operating support systems, SAEIV, etc.), design and deploy smart transport systems, develop electro-mobility with an all-inclusive interoperable and modular offer: charging infrastructures, supervision and associated services (vehicles, multimodal pass, Wi-Fi). Keeping pace with the Tours-Bordeaux High-Speed Line From energy to transport, ENGIE Ineo s range of expertise places it at the heart of the largest transport infrastructure project in Europe: the Tours-Bordeaux High-Speed Line. Over the 340 km of the line (including 302 for high speed travel), its teams are deploying the power supply, signage, telecommunications and security systems. A blend of expertise and an effective response as regards energy optimisation. l 10 l On-board communication with Icomera ENGIE Ineo is boosting its positioning in transport with the acquisition of Swedish company Icomera, leader in developing on-board communication solutions for public transport. l 11 l Tramway: a first line for Sidi Bel-Abbès In Algeria, ENGIE Ineo worked on all the systems of the new Sidi Bel-Abbès tramway which comprises 18 km of tracks and 26 stations: installation of the electrical supply, overhead contact line, railway signage as well as operating support and passenger information systems. Recognised know-how in the integration of all-inclusive solutions. Sustainable mobility in Seine-et-Marne To support the Syndicat Départemental des Energies de Seine-et-Marne in its sustainable mobility project, ENGIE Ineo is deploying and supervises 350 charging stations. This project encourages the development of electric vehicles. An all-inclusive offer integrating innovative and smart services.
8 Contributing to the safety of users, goods and sites Protect citizens, critical infrastructures and the territory, anticipate, detect and manage risks (physical and cyber) and threats, act efficiently in crisis situations; reinforce and coordinate operational capacities. Design, deploy and maintain personalised, modular and interoperable security solutions, monitor cities in real time, reinforce infrastructure and mobility cybersecurity, deploy innovative solutions in the areas of surveillance, intelligence and electronic warfare, support armed forces and manage operational system environments. Equipping the ministry of Defence For the ministry of Defence, ENGIE Ineo performs an overall supply and distribution service of tyres and batteries to meet armed forces needs. The objective is to guarantee the equipment is fully available for Maintenance in Operational Condition purposes. An efficient response to administrations externalisation needs. Performance and availability commitments. l 12 l Protecting gas infrastructures ENGIE Ineo carried out safety audits to identify and assess GRTgaz s needs, an operator of critical importance. A site-securing solution was developed to ensure access control and real-time surveillance of the infrastructures. l 13 l An integrated security system to anticipate and manage incidents. Securing the city The video protection system of the Police prefecture of Paris was designed and deployed by ENGIE Ineo, who is also in charge of the technical operation, maintenance and renewal of the cameras for 17 years. A tailored offer for a system operational 24/7. Over 2,500 operators trained.
