Monitor and report on non-compliance applications granted in bi annual V TC&C SIC. Report any standards changes to V TC&C SIC and also review by the TPWS SG for ongoing patterns 3.2 Ensure TPWS continues to be reliable and meet the availability requirements specificied in RGS GE/RT8030 NR to investigate capability of forward facing or centre track plain line condition monitoring video equipment to monitor positioning of loops.
