SHIPPING/RECEIVING Two (2) 9 x9 loading docks. LIFE SAFETY SYSTEM Life Safety Systems include fully sprinkled premises and common areas, with smoke detection located within the return air ducts of the air handling units on each floor. MECHANICAL The building is heated by two (2) gas boilers and cooled by McQuay, 4 stage compressor, compartmental air handling units available on each floor, supplying fresh air to floors 1-8, main lobby and concourse fresh air supplied by individual heat pump units located at ceiling level. Variable air volume (VAV) with thermostat controls for multiple zones on each floor, and fan controlled by variable frequency drive (VFD). Humidification system includes a three (3) gas burner boiler distributed by the main air handling system during heating season. BAS: Johnson Controls Metasys DDC - Maintained by HTS. HVAC hours of operation: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. After-hours HVAC service available to individual floors with advance notice. SECURITY The building provides manned security, Monday to Friday 4:00 pm to 8:00 am, 24 hours on weekends and holidays. After-hours access to the building is available by cardreader access. The building is monitored 24/7 via closed circuit cameras, placed strategic at several key points throughout the building. Parking deck is equipped with security lighting and call for assist buttons at stairwells. SUSTAINABILITY Building provides two (2) bicycle rack in the parking deck at ground level, accommodating approximately ten (10) bicycles. ELEVATORS Three (3) passenger elevators for general passenger use, providing access to all floors including the concourse level.
