Scheduling of service will depend upon the time of your call and is subject to parts availability. If applicable to your product, parts considered customer replaceable units (CRUs) will be provided as part of the IBM Proventia Network Multi-Function Security MX4006, MX0804, MX5008, and MX5110 standard warranty service. Service levels are response-time objectives and are not guaranteed. The specified level of warranty service may not be available in all worldwide locations. You must pack the failing IBM Proventia Network Multi-Function Security MX4006, MX0804, MX5008, or MX5110 into the shipping container that contained the replacement IBM Proventia Network Multi-Function Security MX4006, MX0804, MX5008, or MX5110 and return the failing IBM Proventia Network Multi-Function Security MX4006, MX0804, MX5008, or MX5110 to IBM. Transportation charges, both ways, are paid by IBM. You may be charged for the replacement IBM Proventia Network Multi-Function Security MX4006, MX0804, MX5008, or MX5110 if IBM does not receive the failing IBM Proventia Network Multi-Function Security MX4006, MX0804, MX5008, or MX5110 within 30 days of your receipt of the replacement IBM Proventia Network Multi-Function Security MX4006, MX0804, MX5008, or MX5110.
