The new internal storage portfolio consists of SATA and SAS drives. ThinkServer SATA drives are designed with economical reliability and performance for external and internal storage, backups, and archival applications. These high-capacity drives provide the lowest price per GB to our customers. ThinkServer SAS drives provide higher through-put and reliability for mission-critical and mid-market applications. ThinkServer SATA drives are available in both hot-swap or simple-swap carriers for ease-ofservice and come with a three-year or one-year warranty.
