3 KEY PERSONNEL RON DE VOS Managing Director Ron has been in the electrical industry since He is responsible for tendering of all projects, 1995, when he commenced his apprenticeship coordinating residential construction works, with Always Electrical. In 2004 he became a nominee for the company, and took on a management role associated with this, before purchasing the business in Since then, Ron has continued to expand the business to match clients needs, while upholding compliance with relevant legislations and standards, as well as implementing and overseeing OHS policies. QUENTIN VAN DYK Project Manager Quentin has been in the electrical industry since 2005, and commenced employment with Always Electrical in After initially being involved in the onsite works, in 2013 Quentin commenced the role of Project Manager. Quentin s role see s him working closely with our Commercial Builders to achieve the best results possible, on time and on budget. This involves overseeing ordering of materials, processing of variations, and coordinating teams for carrying out the required works. JODIE BRISTOWE Office Manager Jodie has been in the administration workforce for 27 years, boasting extensive human resource and administration background in the Mining and Engineering Industry. In 2013 Jodie joined our team bringing to us many years of experience in dealing with customers and business clientele.
