2 CoreLogic LoanPerformance Overview LoanPerformance started in customers All large financial institutions All major New York broker/dealers Over 250 Investment and Hedge Funds Financial Regulatory Agencies, FHLBs, GSEs and the Federal Reserve Largest database of U.S. mortgage performance Covers monthly loan performance on 80% of mortgages Covers 95%+ of mortgage securities market Acquired by First American Real Estate Solutions (now CoreLogic) in April 2005 Primary focus of acquisition is to drive the expansion of analytics within the real estate solutions area First American divided into two public companies in June of 2010 First American and CoreLogic. 6 Users of TrueStandings are Running Adhoc reports Any data field(s) is a fair game Running trend reports that shows historical performance of securities over 10 years of data Often doing aggregation across 100s of millions of record Exporting Custom Data set Bulk export feature from MicroStrategy has enabled us to allow end users to choose and download their custom data, from our TrueStandings platform Creating Dynamic Visual Mapping Visual Crossing allowed us to easily integrate mapping solutions with TrueStandings 2012 SAP AG. 7 We had our share of issues.. When it was first released, customers were very impressed with the functionality of TrueStandings, however Clients were very unhappy with the response time As the data continued to grow, the system response was slower and slower The data update time was getting longer and unmanageable, causing delays in our data update cycle Facts that highlighted a need for a better DBMS SQL environment was poor, with customers complaining about long query times and timeouts 1 in 5 queries took over 5 minutes to return 1 in 20 queries timed out (i.e. over 60 minutes to return) Load times were too long 2012 SAP AG. Users want more & more Want to get their reports to return results very fast Want to analyze more fields and more records Want us to provide an integrated view of all mortgage data (real estate and LoanPerformance data) Allow them to integrate their own data set with our data set Allow them to start analyzing the data at transaction level and rollup as needed Ability to easily integrate and run models within the UI against the transaction data and forecast better 2012 SAP AG.
