1 Creating a report Our reporting feature gives you the ability to independently obtain Plan data that s pertinent to your needs. To create a report, select the Reporting Portal menu item, located on the left side of the screen. Once selected, you will be directed to the Report Inbox screen. 1

2 Report Inbox On the Report Inbox screen, you will find the reports you previously created. Reports will remain in your inbox for a period of 12 months from the date they were created. In order to create a new report, select Create a report from the menu on the left of your screen. 2

3 From the Create a report screen, you are able to select the report you would like to create. 3

4 On the Create a report page, you will be provided with a set of parameters specific to the report that was chosen. 1. Report name: You may rename the report to distinguish it from other reports in your inbox, however; this is not a requirement on this page. 2. IRS code: Select the IRS code that applies to the search. You may select multiple IRS codes to create an aggregate report. NOTE: If only one IRS code applies to your plan, the Filter by IRS code will not be available. 3. Date and/or age range: This information is available to select participants/transactions in a date range, age range or both for the created report. Once the parameters for the report are set, select the Create report button in the right, bottom corner of the screen. 4

5 Please Note: If the report takes longer than 35 seconds to generate, a pop up screen will display. The choice of creating a new report or going to the report inbox will be available as the current report finishes being created. 5

6 Description Plan Asset Report This report details asset holdings and total number of participants invested within each investment option. Export Formats Available The report s export formats are PDF, Excel, or CSV. 6

7 Description Participant Census Report This report details basic information about your Plan Participants, including: demographics and basic account information. This report offers customizable options to add or omit data. You can customize your report by clicking the customize table link within the report. Columns that are customizable: IRS Code Participant Name Date of Birth Gender Age Tax ID (the full Tax ID or a Redacted Tax ID with the last 4 digits) Address Country Address Employment Status Account Number Agency code (if applicable) Account Balance Initial Contribution Date Latest Contribution 7

10 Description Plan Distribution Report This report provides data on distributions that have been taken out of the Plan by your Plan participants. Export Formats Available The report s export formats are PDF, Excel, or CSV. 10

11 Plan Rollover/Transfer Report Description This report provides data relating to transfers and rollover activity in and out of the Plan. Export Formats Available The report s export formats are PDF, Excel, or CSV. 11

12 Description Plan Loan Report This report provides Plan-level loan activity. Please note: If your Plan does not offer loans, no data will be will available. Export Formats Available The report s export formats are PDF, Excel, or CSV. 12
