7 ORDER HOW DOES UNISONVISIT WORK? REGISTER THE VISITOR / VISITORS Pre-registration online. With UnisonVisit web portal, employees can pre-register one or more visitors in any browser, for computer and smartphone. The visitor / group will then be shown in the reception software, which provides them with a basis for today s visitors and speeds up the process upon arrival. Automatic visitor handling. Visitors who are pre-registered online receive an with a welcome message containing a QR code. When the visitor arrives for the meeting, he/she shows it to a QR reader at a check-in kiosk and the visitor badge is automatically printed. 16 ORDER QR-KEY MODULE QR key provides automatic visitor management without reception. Employees book their visits in a web portal or via a smartphone. An invitation with time and date of the meeting is sent to the visitor. The invitation also contains a QR code. On arrival, the visitor uses the QR code in his/her smartphone as a key to open the door to the company. 22 VISITOR ORDER INSTALLATION EXAMPLE Thanks to the fact that UnisonVisit is completely built with the latest Microsoft technology, the system is very dynamic installment wise. When you install UnisonVisit locally, you can choose to have everything on the same server or separate all services according to your preferences. For example, it s possible to install UnisonVisit s Windows services on a common application server and add the MS SQL database to a database cluster. All communication ports are adjustable, allowing you to customize the communication routes according to your security requirements.
