2 Visitor Management Software ABOUT CONCIERGE RECEPTION Free up time for the reception staff and provide them with a complete overview of expected and present visitors. CONCIERGE RECEPTION ensures a professional welcoming of visitors, with easy visitor sign in and visitor card printing. The software supports visitor management on multiple locations and provides a completely overview of expected and present visitors. Visitor cards are designed for the individual organization and can include logo, visitor name, company, host, date, visitor card number, WIFI code, QR code or barcode, etc. With access control integration, it is possible to let the visitor cards open certain doors. When a visitor have signed in from for instance an registration terminal or when the visitor have been signed in by the reception staff, the software can automatically notify the host by sending an and/or a text message. QR codes or barcodes on the visitor cards can be used for signing visitors easy in and out. The reception staff can even print visitor cards in advance and then sign the visitor in by scanning the QR code or barcode on the visitor card when the visitor arrives. Employees can easily pre-book visitors to their meetings so the reception staff can see which visitors that are expected for the day. The visitor management software also provides the reception staff with an overview of meetings with visitors on and which visitors that are present in the building. 3 Visitor Management Software VISITOR CARD POSSIBILITIES Visitor card printing is easy with CONCIERGE RECEPTION and the possibilities are many. It is possible to print visitor cards on normal paper cards or on thermo labels. It is even possible to print on plastic cards with or without NFC chip. It is simply a matter of selecting the correct printer for the job. the visitor card can include name of visitor, company, date, host, card number, logo, wifi code, barcode and QR code, photo of visitor, etc. Visitor cards can be printed when the visitor arrives or they can be printed prior to visitor arrival. The barcode or QR code can be used for signing visitors in and out. VISITOR REGISTRATION Visitors can sign in from self-sign in terminal or the reception staff can sign in the visitors in the CONCIERGE RECEPTION tool. Pre-booked visitors can even sign in by scanning a QR code. Visitors can sign in with their name, company, host, mobile phone number, etc. and the software can automatically send an and/or text message to the host with a pre-defined text when the visitor has been signed in. The visitor self-registration device options are many. Windows tablets, Windows based touch screens and Windows machines with a separate keyboard can all be used. ACCESS CONTROL INTEGRATION CONCIERGE BOOKING offers integration with your access control system. The integration allows you to grant a temporary access card or have the QR code or bar code on the CONCIERGE BOOKING visitor card open the door or activate the elevator. The access card or QR code/bar code on the visitor card will disable when the visitor is signed out.

6 General Information REQUIREMENTS From a technical point of view CONCIERGE RECEPTION is truly unique and has the following technical benefits and requirements: Needs no installation on the Microsoft Exchange Server Needs no Internet Information Server Requirements for label printer: Windows Printer Needs no external database such as SQL or Oracle CONCIERGE RECEPTION supports Microsoft Outlook 2016 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 and the following platforms: Client: Microsoft Outlook 2007 or newer (only 32-bit) Self-registration requirements: Microsoft Windows 7 or newer Microsoft.Net Framework 4.0 Server: Microsoft Exchange or newer Microsoft Office 365 is supported Citrix and Terminal Services are supported PRICES SERVICE AGREEMENT Please contact Fischer & Kerrn for prices on the various CONCIERGE BOOKING modules. The service agreement provides the organization with free support and version updating. The service agreement is 18% of the total license list prices per year.
