1 Follow these steps to view your OPEN event from the supplier perspective by creating and adding a proxy UC supplier account to your event. The supplier view only works for OPEN events, but a review from the supplier perspective ideally takes place right after releasing, to ensure suppliers see what was intended. 3 (cont.) Complete the registration form and security questions to create a new Supplier account. Once the form is submitted, an will be sent to confirm the setup. You can use the same address used for your employee account (the URL defines Supplier or Employee). 4 (cont.) Once the registration form is submitted, the system sends an to confirm the address. Selecting the link in the confirms a correct address and the new supplier account is created. 8 Receive and select Complete Registration Now link to confirm a valid address and complete the account setup process 9 address is validated. Select Submit to create your account. 10 After account is created, system displays the Account Login page Enter your login information and select Login BEST PRACTICE! 5 Security Question Once your supplier account has been created, set your security question in case you forget your password. 7 Invite Supplier to Event Once your Supplier registration is complete, invite your supplier account to the event you are hosting (can only view OPEN events).
