3 You will receive an from inviting you to register to use Active Orders. Click on the Registration URL in the . The content and invitation code will be different than shown here. March 29, 2011 Slide 3

4 If you do not see your country in the Billing drop-down menu, you should select United States since BWIGroup is paying for AO for its suppliers. The link will take you directly to the registration system. Complete the information about your company location, and then choose Submit. Required fields are marked with an asterisk(*). 5 If you encounter this page, do not identify yourself as an existing company, even if the information is exactly the same. Instead, select My Company is not listed in order to create a new company account. March 29, 2011 Slide 5

6 The next page you see describes the six steps in the registration process. Choose Next Step to continue. March 29, 2011 Slide 6

7 In Step 1, you review the subscription information. Active Orders was previously known as Order Lifecycle Visibility (OLV). You may see references to the previous name in the registration system. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. March 29, 2011 Slide 7

8 Make sure the Order Life Cycle Visibility radio button is selected, and then choose Subscribe to Selected Service. March 29, 2011 Slide 8

9 Enable all the Active Orders roles available on this page. After checking all the boxes, choose Next Step. March 29, 2011 Slide 9

10 During Step 2, you review the GXS terms and conditions page. You will need to choose the Accept radio button, and then choose Next Step. March 29, 2011 Slide 10

11 In Step 3, you will set up a user account for the individual at your company that should be the primary contact for the Trading Grid /Active Orders system. Scroll down to complete additional details in the Personal Information section. March 29, 2011 Slide 11

12 The password is case-sensitive. In this step, you will create the log in information to sign into Trading Grid. March 29, 2011 Slide 12

13 Next, set your Password Security information. If you forget your Trading Grid password, you will be able to reset your password if you know this information. March 29, 2011 Slide 13

14 When your profile information is complete, scroll down and choose Next Step. March 29, 2011 Slide 14

15 In Step 4, you will need to provide information about your company. The asterisks (*) identify the required fields. For Industry Type, select the closest choice. March 29, 2011 Slide 15

16 You will need to provide a Business contact and a Technical contact for your company. If you are the contact, choose the Same as My Profile check box. March 29, 2011 Slide 16

17 During the final step in the process, review the information that you have entered. March 29, 2011 Slide 17

18 If the information is accurate and you are ready to submit your registration request, choose the Submit button. March 29, 2011 Slide 18

19 The system confirms that your registration request has been submitted. Choose Close to close the window. Do not choose the Login button. The process on the GXS side takes a few minutes to complete. The system will display an error if you try to log in too soon. March 29, 2011 Slide 19

20 After your registration request is accepted, you will receive an from confirming that your registration has been approved. You can use the URL provided in the confirmation to access the system. March 29, 2011 Slide 20

After you hear the welcome message, press Support is available from 8:00-20:00 ET, Monday - Friday. After business hours, calls roll to voic and will be returned during the next business day. You can also send an to: support@gxs.com When you contact GXS: Have your company name, phone number, and your Client ID ready. (If you don t have a Client ID, you can provide your name.)
