1 Online Rate & Quote Management System Online Rate & Quote Management System OCTOBER & NOVEMBER 2014 ANNOUNCEMENT: To Our Valued Customers, We want to thank you for being an esteemed partner to Catapult. This year has brought in many changes to QMS, based on your feedback and advice. To summarize: We enhanced the QMS address book Added a Graphical Quote display Added additional functionality to the RFP tool Released a new interface for air rating Completed an online Surcharge Manager, which allows for local charges to be uploaded New functionality to allow your clients to accept quotes online automatically Direct integration with IMS for client-specific US drayage rates

2 Quote Acceptance We have added a new feature in QMS Quotation form and ed quotes that allow your customers to accept the quote online. Within the quotation form there is a button Review Quote Online below the signature page and ed quotes, using the function in the QMS. Within the body of the ed quote, we also added the Review Quote Online button and this is customizable along with your online quote acceptance page to your desired color scheme, and any links that you would like add. For more details how you can customize this, please contact your account manager.

3 IMS API Integration IMS is a Drayage only rate provider in the US. Their rates cannot be viewed independently in QMS. The IMS Drayage rates will always show up constructed with QMS Ocean rates. 4 Also, the IMS Drayage Location details are included in the contract Notes: Custom disclaimers (with URL hyperlinks) in generated PDF file from Quote Form For the Custom Disclaimers you find in the QMS Control Panel >> Control Panel >> Advanced Setting. To add a custom hyperlink into the disclaimer the user simply needs to follow normal HTML syntax: For example, adding the following text into a "custom" disclaimer will show a hyperlink to Catapult website in QMS PDF quote form. <a href=" Sample Output from Quote Form

5 New QMS Address Book interface includes the following enhancements: To select a contact o Users can add a contact only viewable to one specific QMS user name or department. o The contact editor panel is now hidden unless user Add or Edit a contact, which simplify the interface and make it easier to read. o The same interface is applied to Quote Form, RFP, INTTRA Booking, and CargoWise Booking functions for a more integrated user experience. To select a contact just simple click the box Show Customer Contacts to display users address book. Users can still select one contact from their Contact List. Add a new customer (company) If user wants to add a new customer, click on the green "Plus" button, and then add the new company name in the following popup window.

6 Add a new contact o To add a new contact, please do not select any contact from in the "Contact List", and click on "Add/Edit" button. o If a contact is selected, user will noticed that will be highlighted. To unselect a contact, please click on it again and it will become unselected. o System will show the editor panel to user. o User can select one existing customer company from the drop down, or add a new contact at this time. o After selecting the preferred customer company from drop down, please fill in all 5 contact fields accordingly. o By default the contact is viewable to all users. If needed, user can switch the permission to one specific user by selecting "Only specific user can view", and select the QMS user name in the drop down. User can also switch the permission to one more specific department(s) by selecting "Only specific department(s) can view", and select the departments. Click on Save button to save the new contact.

7 Edit an existing contact o To edit an existing contact or adjust the permission of existing contact, please select the contact from Contact List first. And then click on "Add/Edit" button. o System will show Editor Panel with the selected contact information pre-populated. o User can make necessary changes and click on "Save" to save the change. Delete an existing contact o Please select the contact and click on "Delete" button. System will confirm with user and then delete the selected contact.

8 Uncheck "User Information" by default in Quote Form UI. o "Show User Information" check box and all "User Information" area are now unchecked/hidden by default. In order to show your user information in the quote form, please click the box Show User Information. Add "show contacts from all users" check box in control panel for administrators o When checking this check box, the admin will be able to see all users' contacts regardless the permission setup of the contacts. o Only administrators can see this check box "Show Contacts from All Users" Option QMS administrators will be able to see and update all users contacts regardless users' permission when this mode is turn on. If this is turned off, administrators will only see the contacts under regular permission control as if standard users.

9 Graphical Quote We have added a tab named Graphical Quote this allows users to view rates in a graphical view. This new feature allows the user to run up to 5 O/D pairs at the same time. This will let the user compare rates from the top 5, top 10 or all rates with the defined search criteria for the particular O/D pair(s). Enhancement in RFP tool. o Select Multiple Named Accounts. Within RFP Options users can now select multiple named accounts for their RFP search.

10 o Select Multiple Carriers in RFP. Within RFP Options users can now select multiple carriers for their RFP search.

11 To select multiple carriers, just simply hold the ctrl button from your keyboard and keep on selecting your desired carriers. o Show Contract ID. Within RFP Options users can now chose to show the Contract ID for the rate results done in RFP. o Process my bid automatically for me. In the last couple months we are sure you have heard about our latest product Spring Board which helps our clients respond to RFQs very quickly and effectively. 13 Renamed eft to Surcharge Management. o We also added a new feature in the Surcharge Management formerly known as eft an option for our clients to create sell tariffs that will seamlessly interact with their buy rates inside their rate database.
