4 The following materials are suggested to be prepared in advance: 1.An address 2.A portrait photo in your computer. The size is about 50k-500K. 3.ID photos, including its front and back copy, and your handheld ID photo. Each size is about 50k-500K. 4.Previous certificate photo. The size is less than 1M. 5.Photos about the prize awarded of individual exercising ways at the International/Continental Health Qigong Exchange and Tournament. Each size is less than 1M.

5 I. Sign up/sign in 1. Sign up Please open the IHQF official website: click the Sign Up button at the top-right corner and create your personal account.

6 I. Sign up/sign in 2. Sign in After successful signing up, it will turn to the page after signing in. Or click the Sign in button at the top-right corner.

9 1. Completing the essential information II. Real-name Authentication (1) Upload your head portrait. Please prepare your photo in advance, and click the Round Frame. Click here to upload your head portrait.

10 1. Completing the essential information II. Real-name Authentication (1) Upload your head portrait. Click Browse menu at the next page. Click here to select your head portrait file. The file should be the image format like JPEG, and the size less than 1 Mb.

If the size of the picture is suitable, it can be shown fully in the window(the left file is about 50k. You can click Upload button directly. Or you can select a range with the mouse inside the window. (see the next slice)

The left is the sample that using the mouse to select a range. All four sides and four corners can be moved with the mouse. After you confirm the selection, click Upload button.

If the size of the picture is too large, the left situation will appear. In the window, only part of the portrait can be shown. You can: A. Upload the picture by click Upload button. B. Select the range you want with mouse inside the window, you can move the right and down scrollbars to change the selected range.(see the next slice)

The bright part is the selected range. After the selection, click Upload button. If you are not satisfied with the head portrait uploaded, you can repeat the operation, to upload the head portrait again.

16 1. Completing the essential information II. Real-name Authentication (2) Fill in the basic information. Click the Basic Information under the My Information menu, click Edit and fill in your information. Save the information upon finishing the process. The mark * means the item must be filled.

17 1. Upload the ID information II. Real-name Authentication After finishing the basic information, click the Real-name Authentication under the My Information menu, the following page will appear. Before your operation, please prepare the front and back copy of your valid identification document, and the photo of you holding valid identification document. When they are ready, click Upload button to upload the corresponding photo.

18 II. Real-name Authentication 2. Upload the ID information The following is the sample after uploading ID information. They could be ID card, passport, or other Valid document, etc. The picture size is better no more than 500kb.

19 II. Real-name Authentication 3. Waiting for the verified result After that, your application will be verified by your organization and IHQF, please wait for the result. The result tip will appear at My Message on the left side after it was delivered.

20 III. First Verification 1. Verified by the Organization (1) The organization signs in to check whether there is someone applying for the real-name authentication. If the number is not 0, it means someone has applied for the realname authentication.

21 III. First Verification 1. Verified by the Organization (2) Click one of the following items to open the information list of applicants.

22 III. First Verification 1. Verified by the belonging organization (3)Click Details under the Operation item in the list to check the qualification of the applicant. If it is Ok, click Pass and submit to IHQF and send the information to IHQF automatically. If one is failed to pass, click No pass, the result feedback will be returned to the applicant s account automatically. Click to make the verifying decision. Click to read the personal profile.

23 III. First Verification 2. Verified by the IHQF After receiving the message from the organization, IHQF will review the application. The result feedback will be returned to the applicant s account automatically. If the real-name authentication is passed, then the applicant can register the Duan Exam.

24 IV. Exam Registration 1. Viewing the Exam list Click the News to see the Exam Info in which you may check the exams information and select the exam item you want.

25 IV. Exam Registration 2. Selecting the Exam event You can click Registration right after the Exam event which you want to attend, then start to register.

26 IV. Exam Registration 3. Completing the registration Please complete the information as requested and click the Send button to submit your application. Your application would be reviewed in a period of time during which you might check the progress or result of the review at My Message.

27 IV. Exam Registration 4. Providing previous Duan certificate If you apply for Duan higher than or equal to level 2, the previous Duan certificate is needed. Meanwhile, if you submit the certificate about the prize award at the International/Continental Tournament, then that set might be waived in the Exam. Click My Duan Honor under My Duan menu, the left page will appear. Click Edit to continue.

28 4. Providing previous Duan certificate IV. Exam Registration 1.Select the right level from Duan to be certified. 2.Click Upload to provide your Certificates matching the Duan to be certified. 3.Click Confirm and finish the operation.

29 V. Second Verification 1. Verified by the Organization (1) The organization signs in to check whether there is someone applying for the Exam registration. Click the item. If the number is not 0, it means someone has applied for the Exam registration. Click here to check.

30 V. Second Verification 1. Verified by the Organization (2) The Organization can check the information of the applicant through the chart, and make a decision under the item Status. The operations are similar to those during the first verification. Click to make the verifying decision. Passed, or Failed. Click details to read the personal profile.

31 1. Verified by the Organization V. Second Verification (3) For those who apply for Duan higher than or equal to level 2, please pay attention to their Duan certification. They need to provide their previous Duan certificate. When they do that, the message will be transferred to the Organization, and the organization need to check. If the number is not 0, it means someone has applied for the Duan certification. Click here to check.

32 V. Second Verification 2. Verified by the IHQF After receiving the message from the Organization, IHQF will review the Exam registration application. The result feedback will be returned to the applicant s account automatically.

33 VI. Fees Payment 1. Opening the payment page You are supposed to pay the exam fees after being informed that your application has been accepted. Click the My Duan to see Duan Exam in which you select the Click here to pay button under the Status item to make the payment.

34 VI. Fees Payment 2. Paying After confirming the payment information, click the Buy Now button and complete the payment by following the instruction. Pay attention: If the owner of pay-account is not the same as the Duan Exam Applicant, please note who is paid for when paying.

35 VII. Registration Success You succeed at the application if you have made the payment. Congratulations! You can download the Exam registration form afterwards.
