1 Carson City AYSO Region This year, AYSO is using a new registration system that allows you to register directly from our Carson City web address. We ve also cleaned up a lot of the issues you ve reported in the past. We hope you like the changes! As always, if you have any questions or issues trying to register your child for Carson City AYSO Soccer, please contact us at registrar@aysocarsoncity.org 1. Go to AYSOCarsonCity.org 2. If you ve never registered on this new site: a. Select the [Register Now] button in the upper right hand corner b. Create your new account by providing your name, address, a new username (your address usually works) and a password and select the [Create Account!] button. Page 1 of 8

If you are going to volunteer, you can upload your photo now, or you can upload it later when you register your player by selecting [Account Details].

If you only have one phone number, enter it in both the home phone and the cell phone spot. Select [Register] for each player that you want to register so that the button switches to [Selected], then select [Continue]. Select the [Click Here to esign Form] button. This will take you to an application that you will esign. Select the box consenting to esign, select the appropriate radio button and type in your name. Select [Continue to Review]. Review the application again and select [Submit]. Once you ve completed this review of the application, it will bring you back to this screen with the esign buttons gone and the [Continue] button enabled. Select the [Continue] button. Page 5 of 8

If you ve already registered to be a volunteer, we recommend you sing up to volunteer from the My Account page and not from this page.

6 Carson City AYSO Region g. If you ve never signed up as a volunteer, please sign up here by selecting one of the buttons. If you would like to coach multiple teams, thank you! Sign up for subsequent volunteer positions in the My Account page. If you ve already registered to be a volunteer, we recommend you sing up to volunteer from the My Account page and not from this page. You will need to reenter your volunteer application the first time in this new application. After you fill out the application one time, select new volunteer positions one at a time. If you select multiple volunteer positions at once, you will be required to reenter the volunteer application information. h. Make sure you ve selected all the children for whom you intent to pay. At this point the sibling discount will appear for all children except for the first child. Select the [Continue] button. Page 6 of 8
