1 Campion Online Ordering 1 Visit the Campion website 2. Click Order Here 3. If a first time visitor to the Campion online ordering site, it is recommended to create an account by clicking Create. Benefits are listed on this page. If you have an account, you can click Sign In with your address and password. Alternatively, if you wish to proceed without an account, click Continue without an account a) To create a new account, enter in your unique address along with a password. Confirm your password and click Create Account 1

2 b) To sign in using an existing account, enter in your login credentials; c) To retrieve your password, click Forgotten your password? An will be sent to reset your password 4. Once you ve either created your account or signed in using an existing account, enter in the four digit code on your Resource List as shown below; Using 4BUN as your Code 2

3 Enter in the four digit code in the Resource List Code field as shown below. Click Next NB: If you have your 4 digit code, you can skip step 5 and proceed to Step 6 5. If you do not have a Resource List, you can select Find your school here (as shown in the image above). Select your state and then type your school name. Click on your school. a) Click Request a reminder b) Enter in your name along with your address and click Continue to receive your 4 digit code by 3

4 c) An from Campion ebooklists will be sent to your address in around 1 minute. An example is shown below, detailing your 4 digit code. d) Place the 4 digit code in the Resource List Code section as shown below and proceed by clicking Continue 6. Select the year level you wish to order for your student. If you have multiple students, you need to order by one year level at a time. Start with your child in the lowest year level first before proceeding to the higher year levels. 4

When you see your year level s resource items, the top screen will show the following; a) School name & logo b) b) Year Level c) c) Breadcrumb trail d) d)print a PDF copy of the year level s Resource List Scroll down to select the items you wish to order 8. Tick the checkbox next to the items your son/daughter is required to order for their 2018 back to school educational requirements. For stationery items, you can increase the quantities as required. Click Continue when you re satisfied. 9. The next stage in the breadcrumb trail is to select the Delivery method. There might be a range of options to receive your 2018 school year requirements. Select the option that is most convenient for you. Click Continue to proceed. After the return date, only one option will remain Standard Home Delivery 5

6 10. Enter in the parent s details along with address and phone number 11. Enter in the parent s delivery details this is generally to ensure packages can be delivered to your nominated address. Australia Post is used as Campion s delivery provider. 12. Enter in your son/daughter s details which includes; a) First & last name b) Student school supplied address (only applicable if digital items are selected) a) If there is no match entered to what the sub domain of the school is (@school .wa.edu.au), then a note message will appear outlining a variance. Click OK. You can change the address now, or click Continue to simply proceed to the Review screen 6

7 13. You will have an opportunity to Review your order. At any point in time, you can click Change to edit your order. Do take care when you get to this screen upon review. 14. You will have the opportunity to proceed with your order taking you to the payment screen or you can choose to add another student (if you have say one student in Year 7, and your next student in Year 10). This will allow you to order multiple students and pay for them in one. To do so, click Create another student order. If you wish to simply proceed to payment, select, Review and Pay For the purposes of this test, we will choose another student order 15. After opting to add another student order to your account, you will see your first order that has not been submitted. Leave that order, and click on your school (in Blue font in the middle of the screen) 7

8 16. Once you select your school, the steps are exactly the same from Step 6 on Page 4. Your second and multiple orders from now on, will retain your parent details along with delivery address too. 17.For the purpose of this example, we will stop at 2 students under the one parent account. After reviewing this second order, and you are satisfied, click Reivew and Pay 18. Tick the checkboxes next to each student. Once satisfied, enter in your credit card details. Campion s system will only accept VISA or MasterCard. Once entered, click Complete and Pay 8

9 19. A message will appear showing a successful response along with your order reference numbers 20. The screen will automatically take you back to your account page which will show your order history and the orders you ve placed. 21. Within 60 seconds, s will be sent to the parent address providing a confirmation detailing receipt of your order with Campion. 22. If a digital product has been ordered (Access Code), within 24 hours of a customer ordering online, an will be sent to the parent and/or student address (if provided).
