1 Welcome to Summer Camp Registration! Registration for Girl Scout Summer Camp is now all through your Member Community! Register for Day, Overnight, Travel & STEM Camps all in one place! Use the screenshots and instructions below for help registering for Girl Scout Summer Camp. You can visit our Camp page to find all Summer Camp sessions broken down by category to register for.

2 . Click the CAMP link in the Menu Bar at the top of every gswcf.org page. You ll find buttons categorized by topic or camp to search for individual summer camp sessions. Click the button that interests you in how you d like to search through camp options Let s see what the Camp by Grade Level Page looks like...

3 The Camps by Grade Level page gives you options to view camps by which grade the girl is entering... Click the grade level you would like to view When you find the camp you are interested in, click the green text... Ok, you ve selected your camp, let s go to the Detailed Session page...

4 If you have found the camp you would like to register for, click the REGISTER NOW button

Click CREATE AN ACCOUNT, if not.. Enter your Username - this is the email address of the primary household member. Enter your password.

5 If you re not already logged in to your Member Account, you will need to login before proceeding to checkout. If you are not a member, you will need to create an account to continue registration Click the SIGN IN button if you are a Girl Scout member. Click CREATE AN ACCOUNT, if not.. Enter your Username - this is the address of the primary household member. Enter your password. Don t remember your password? No problem! Just choose the Forgot Your Password? link to quickly reset it for access to your account Great, you re logged in! Let s get registered for camp...

6 . Once you re logged in, check to make sure you have selected the right camp. You will be able to select the specific session week you d like to register for in steps to follow. 4. If it is the correct camp, click REGISTER FOR NEXT ACTIVITY to move forward with registration Now, it s time to select who will be going to this awesome activity...

4 After selecting the Register for all activities on this list link, you will come to page that. Choose either My Family or, for Troop Leaders, the My Troop option 4.

Based on your selection, you will see all active members of your family/troop listed; select which members will be attending the camp by clicking in the box next to their name 4 If you ve changed your mind about attending this camp, select the Cancel and Remove button Once you ve chosen the attendees, click Continue to move on to the next event in your list; if there are no more events you will be taken to the screen where you can select the week session. 8 4. Find the Session you would like to register into and click Selected. This will prompt a pop-up box to appear where you can select payment options...

9 Once you select the session, a box will pop-up for you to select the camper and payment options. You can choose between paying for the full camp session, pay deposit only, and request financial aid*. *If you are requesting financial aid, please visit for the Financial Aid application.

10 After selecting the session, you need to select Camp T-Shirt to enter in the size for her FREE tee. A pop-up box will appear once you click Selected to pick her shirt size. Please note - there is a $ chargeshowing for the t-shirt but will be removed at checkout by entering in Promo Code: CAMP06 You can choose to add additional items to your registration such as Camp Care Packages. 11 Enter in Emergency Contact Information for the camper. If your camper is attending with a buddy, fill in the buddy information here. Please add special information that we should know about the camper. Enter n/a if this does not apply.

12 Your selected camps will be listed at the top of the page; this is your last chance to cancel a camp before payment; to remove a camp, select the x next to the name If you would like to help support additional programming opportunities for girls throughout our council, this is your chance to make a donation (and we THANK YOU!) If the camp listing has a Promo Code (for instance, this is where you will enter CAMP 06 for the FREE t-shirt and any other promo codes in the description information on the Camp Listing), this is the time to enter it; NOTE: once you pass this page, you will not be able to return to it later and enter a code Your total amount due will appear at the bottom of the page; be sure to confirm that any event codes have processed correctly and the total is accurate After entering an Promo Codes and donations, confirming your Amount Due, Continue to the payment page It s time to make this registration official...

13 All fields on the payment page are mandatory to process your order If your credit card billing info is the same as your primary household membership address, click this link to auto-populate these fields The Security Code is the -digit CVV code found on the back of your credit card All paid? Let s confirm your order...
