1 This is a tutorial for our new online Raterspot Submission Platform. This program is supported by Chrome internet access. It will not work on Internet explorer. The Online submission Platform will only accept Physical Damage, Cargo, Non Trucking Liability and Trailer interchange risks. To begin, Login to the Raterspot Submission Platform with the login script and password provided: After login, you will be directed to your dashboard. Your dashboard will keep you up to date on the progress of your submission through the quoting process. Once logged into the Raterspot, you will be able to submit a Quote request by selecting the New Submission Tab on the left hand side on your screen. This will take you to our Trucking Program.

2 To begin, select the Paramount Trucking for Cargo, PD, and NTL Form After you select the Trucking program, you will be taken to our 4 step submission Wizard to begin the submission process.

3 Step 1 1) Step one will confirm you agency and contact. 2) It is important that the contact is correct, as this is the we will use to notify you of your submission updates. 3) Select Next

4 Step 2 1. Select coverages, deductibles and limits 2. Enter Insured General Information. Please note that using a DOT # will auto populate the insureds general information, with the most current information from the DOT website. 3. To complete the general information you will need to input years experience, years in business, and radius of operation. 4. Complete the commodities hauled by tab and answer the remaining 6 questions and press next

6 Step 3 continued 3) Add Vehicle and trailer information, there is a VIN look-up to help you identify the vehicles and trailers. 4) There are bulk uploads available for Multiple commodities, drivers and vehicle s. They must be submitted on an excel document and formatted using the example provided.

7 Step 4 Document Uploads Driver MVR Document Upload Loss Run Documenbt Upload Other Document Upload 1) Upload MVR s, Loss Runs and other documents as needed. 2) Uploaded documents must be in a PDF format. Multiple uploads can be submitted ie. One continuous pdf document. 3) Select Finish and that will complete the submission process 4) You will receive an confirming successful submission of your request.

9 Dashboard Management By selecting all submissions list, you will direted to your submissions list platform and will be able to review all your submissions. Your Dashboard will update as your submissions are being processed. You can add notes to the underwriter and track activity on this page.

10 The form sheet displays all the information that was submitted on your submission, and serves as an audit history of information submitted. It also provides you with a PDF summary page of your submission Sample Application Application for coverage.pdf You can track indications from your Dashboards. In this example there were 3 different pricing offered. Clicking on the status bar will display details of the policy pricing

11 Under thedocument tab, you can review documents that have been upload and to upload ew documents. Documents can uploaded as a PDF fie, or you can scan documentsto be uploaded.

13 Firm Quote When a firm quote is received, you will have the option as displayed. 1) View Quote Pack 2) Dashboard 3) Agent Request to Bind 4) Insured Binding Request When a Firm Quote is offered, Selecting View Quote Pack will Display the quote, application, payment terms and U/W conditions. 14 Selecting Dashboard will take you to the submission on your dashboard Select Binding tab will allow you to upload the required binding documents and any pending conditions for review This is for future use to notify your insured of quote, you will be able to edit the form to add fees and private label the quote.

15 Policy Binding and Policy Issuance You will receive an that the policy has been bound, and the information will also be updated on your Dashboard. The policy issuance is still a work in progress, however below is an example of what you and your insured will have access to once the Policy is issued.
