3 DirectPay You ll receive an letting you know your client s policy is up for auto renewal. Attached is a Quick Quote summarizing the policy for your client. Quick Quote If there are no changes from your client, you are free to do nothing more, and the policy will renew automatically with the same bank information and payment schedule as the previous policy term.

4 DirectPay If something has changed with the insured s business and you need to change policy information, click the first link. Any changes made from here will need to be resubmitted to underwriting.

5 DirectPay Remember: once you enter this page, whether you make changes or not, you must always click Submit to Underwriting. You ll receive another confirming any changes with a new Quick Quote attached.

6 DirectPay If you only want to update: your broker fee insured s payment schedule banking information simply click the second link.
