1 MInstructions for Logins and Passwords Google Analytics Instructions to grant access: Login to Google Analytics Click on the admin gear (located in the bottom left hand corner) You should see the three columns - Account, Property, View Under the left column (Account), select the Account you would like to give us access to. Click on User Management in the Account column. Add marketing@intrigueme.ca as a User. Access for this user should be to Edit, Collaborate, Read & Analyze. Social Media - Facebook **Confirm if client has a Facebook page and/or Facebook Ad Manager account. 1. Facebook Organic If we don't get logins, we can only do an audit from a surface level and not a comprehensive one to see what's happening on the backend, such as reach and engagement and we won't be able to advise on the best times for posting, and dig into other insights data. 1. /password to the account, or 2. Grant access as an admin/editor/viewer of the account. View access is fine for the audit, however if we proceed with running a campaign we will need admin access. Adding Someone to a Facebook Page 1. Go to the page, and click on ' Settings ' in the top right corner of the page 2. Next, choose ' Page Roles ' from the menu on the left-hand side 3. Under the 'Assign New Page Role' search bar, type in the URL malcolm.young.im 4. The user that pops up (Malcolm Young) is Intrigue's Facebook pseudo account - assign as either a viewer/editor/admin

Facebook Ads To complete a full audit of your current Facebook ads, we need access to your ad account, if not we can't measure the performance and success of the campaigns, whether you are using pixel tracking & URL tracking or not, etc. This affects both the audit and the quality of the scope. Adding Someone to an Ad Account 1. Add Malcolm Young as a friend on Facebook (easily done by searching the URL malcolm.young.im in the search bar so you know you've found the right, Malcolm) 2. Go into the ad account (can be found by clicking on the arrow in the top right of their Facebook - user MUST have access to the ad account to be able to do this 3. Once in the account, click on the settings icon which is the gear in the top right corner 4. On the right-hand side, there is a section called 'Ad Account Roles', click on 'Add People' 5. Add Malcolm Young as either an advertiser or admin (preferred) (step 1) (step 2)

3 Social Media - Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram Username/Login ( address) Password You can typically find your username in the you received from when you setup your account. If you can't find this message or can't remember your password, you use the Forgot Password function to reset your password. If you didn't setup the account, please provide us with the contact information for the person who setup this account, and we'll be happy to touch base with them on your behalf. :) Website Website We will need the URL, Username and Password for each website that we are auditing. This will allow us to go into the backend and confirm a number of things including: - Performance of the system in terms of security and speed - Whether or not the work we suggest will actually be possible - Whether or not the website is built with best practices Each website has a unique way to access the backend. Most Wordpress sites are accessed through yourdomainname.com /wp-admin. Login URL: Username: Password: FTP When doing work on a site, FTP is always important. FTP gives our developers direct access to the directory in which the files are living. In the off chance that something goes wrong and your site crashes, we will not be able to fix the issue from the website backend and will likely need to go straight to your file server. FTP also gives us a lot more flexibility when it comes to troubleshooting issues, updating themes/templates and managing media and plugins. This will will be provided by your current host in plain FTP credentials, or in the form of cpanel credentials.

This portal will allow us to tell browsers where to look when searching for your domain name. URL link Username Password To access this information: 1. Go to who.is and type in your domain name. 2. Identify the Domain Registrar and Administative Contact 3. Try signing in to the Domain Registrar and perform a password reset if necessary. 4. If the Administrative Contact is anyone other than yourself, ask them to do the same. Or you can connect us with them so we can walk them through what information is needed. (Step 1)

6 Google Adwords Instructions to Grant Google AdWords Account Access to Intrigue Media: Two Options: Option A: Provide us with the 10-digit Client ID number of your current AdWords account. Screenshot: Once Intrigue adds this number to our account, click on the gear icon in the top right and click on Account Settings Click on Account Access on the menu to the left of the screen Click on Accept Invitation beside Client Manager named Intrigue Media Option B: Login to the Google AdWords Account Click on the gear (located in the upper right-hand corner) and select Account Settings Once in Account Settings, navigate to the left sidebar menu and click Account Access In Account Access you are able to view all of the addresses that have access to your Google AdWords account and add/remove addresses Click the red + Users button at the top-left of the page Add this address: marketing@intrigueme.ca Add this name: Intrigue Media Select this access level: Administrative Access Here is a helpful screenshot:
