8 ONLINE REQUIREMENTS As with any cloud/online service a critical requirement will be to ensure you have a robust internet connection. Can your internet cope with additional traffic outbound and inbound? Visit your PING should be less than 100ms, higher the download /upload speeds the better we recommend 2Mbps per user download and 0.5Mbps per user upload. If your upload is less than 3Mbps for the entire office services such as OneDrive may show limited performance. Fibre Optics provide superb internet speeds (sample specifications attached). Privacy controls Privacy controls allow you to configure who in your organization has access and what they can access.
