2 Logon to the ApplyTexas webpage: Click on Create a new account now. Click on create a new 2 year college admission application. Go to Search for a college by region. For Target college select the college that you will attend Northwest Vista Click Continue Select a semester: For semester of entry, select Fall (Aug-Dec) 2019 from the drop down menu. 2

Please choose The regular deadline for Two Year Institution applications) Select a school: For First choice School, you must select Creative & Communication Arts Select a major: For First choice Major, you must select Dual Credit Click on continue to my application. At this point you should have: username, password, and application ID # Click on Submit Application Now If you have successfully completed the application you should receive an from ApplyTexas and Northwest Vista confirming submission and directions on obtaining your Banner ID. If you do not receive an within 5 business days, please see Ms. Ellis or Mrs. DeLallo in B 102, or Ms. Bishop in the Admin building. ONLINE DUAL CREDIT COURSE SELECTION Visit and fill out the google form indicating the courses you wish to take as Dual Credit NEXT year Please fill this form out ON or BEFORE February 7 th. PARENT CONSENT FORM Fill out and sign this form. You will submit this to the silver box on Mrs. Ellis desk in B102 ON or BEFORE February 7 th. OBTAINING YOUR BANNER ID Applications will take up to a week to process- thus your banner ID may take this long to obtain following your online Apply Texas submission. You will receive an confirming your application was submitted to Alamo Colleges. You will receive a second confirming that you application was received by Alamo Colleges. To access your banner ID, go to Click on Get my Banner ID Number Enter your last name and the last 4 digits of your social security number. Your Banner ID will: serve as your verification that your application processed & allow you to test with Alamo Colleges. Record your Banner ID in the box below for reference you WILL need it later ONLINE MODULES AND TSI TEST Complete the GOFAAR & Test Prep Module PRINT VERIFICATION THAT THIS WAS COMPLETED. <-- Website for ACES login o Once logged into ACES click START HERE in the upper left corner. o In the START HERE screen you will see GO FAARR and Test Prep listed with an ENROLL button to the right, click enroll, walk through modules and take quiz at the end. o Turn in verification when you REGISTER take the TSI.
